Carrabba's Italian Grill — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I had the great pleasure of visiting this store yesterday with my wife and had a very pleasant experience. I was assisted by a gentlemen named Noah who was nothing short but awesome of a server. Not one did I have to ask for a refill or napkins. Noah was ontop of his game and knew what was going on with his tables at all times. I was done eating and my wife was full so we sat there for sometime as we digested our food and relaxed and Noah showed up with a to go box all on his own without us even having to ask. His awareness for his guests needs was top notch. Its the small things that count like not forgetting a straw or extra napkins and even appetizer plates. So many places get this wrong or forget to even give you utensils. Not once here did I have to ask for anything that I thought was essential thanks to Noah being so great at his job. The hosts greeted me with a smile and stopped their personal conversations immediately when we walked in to focus their attention on us. I also enjoyed hearing the cooks communicate and seeing all the hard work that goes into making us a delicious meal. Noah I thank you for making my experience great and I will visit this store again soon. The food was awesome. Pasta cooked to perfect texture aldente and my chicken henry juicy and saucy. Even the Courtesy free bread was great. I cant believe I ever ate at Olive Garden after visiting this store which is just a few blocks from my home. Thank you Noah you made me a believer in the Carrabbas experience. Only complaint is the ceiling tiles need a little work. As a business owner myself I dont think many Other owners realize the importance of a clean looking ceiling especially with a restaurant. Ceiling tiles being spotless is a must. Tell the owner not to be cheap with his franchise and get new tiles lol

This Carrabba's has been our go to for many many years. We recently started going again and as soon as we went we were back within a week to get more. Amazing hospitality always, the food is always absolutely delicious. Minestrone soup with extra cheese is always the best, can't get enough of it. The calamari is the best around and I haven't even gotten to the entrées yet. The Pollo Rosa Maria is my absolute favorite paired with garlic mashed potatoes it doesn't get much better than that. My family always orders the trio which comes with the Pollo Rosa Maria, Chicken Bryan and the chicken Marsala and they always can't rave about it enough. The strawberry cheesecake is so good also, honestly I think everything they offer is just delicious. The servers are always so friendly and on top of their game. They make the experience even better. Actually I have never had a bad experience or even anything less than exceptional with all of the staff.

Our biggest and only problem is being able to eat everything before we get so full. But then it works even better because we have leftovers to bring home.

I am not a drinker but was given the Raspberry Bellini by our friendly server and have to say it was delicious.

The experience here today was pretty bad, the bartender took extremely long to take my order despite there being only 2 others at the bar and I told him I was in a rush and wanted to order to go since my kid was falling asleep.

He proceeded to give me the slowest service of my life over the course of about 10 minutes only serving me drinks and never taking my food order.

I finally got up and ordered to go, this only took a few minutes which was short enough to be a bathroom break. But my slow bartender was quick to throw my drinks in the trash, the only thing he did with any speed.

When I talked to the manager Nick, I told him I didn’t want anything other than to share my experience. He did not seem to care at all about my issues taking the side of his staff instead. Absolutely terrible customer service all around, but especially from a store manager.

The only thing I wanted from him was that he acknowledged and addressed my concerns but that was not the case.

I will never eat at this restaurant again, and I suggest nobody else does either.
