The burgers are generally great, but our last visit actually ended without even eating. We filled out our order forms and proceed to the counter to pay. The man behind the counter (who was later identified as the owner or manager) completely rewrote our order on a new form in red ink as we confirmed our order line-by-line. A little annoying, but no big deal. If that had been the only issue I wouldn’t have written this review. So after about 10 minutes the waitress brought the “to go” part of our meal to the table. I commented to my wife that it was strange that they brought our “to go” portion first. We waited ten more minutes for our burgers and nothing came. After others, who arrived after us, starting getting their meals we asked our waitress what was taking so long. She was very nice and she said that she would check on our order. She came back and apologized because our order had been misplaced. We corrected some errors that we’re obviously a result of the “rewrite” and she committed to put a rush on our order. I understand that mistakes happen, but what happened next still bothers me. Ten minutes later we still didn’t have our order and I told my wife if we didn’t have our burgers in the next five minutes we were going to have to go or we would be late for our appointment. Five minutes later we still did not have our order so we returned to the counter to ask for a refund. The owner went to the back and brought back two plates. He confirmed that this was our order and placed them to the side while he returned our money. I don’t even remember an apology for the inconvenience. Even thought we were never disrespectful, I felt like he wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible. I spent my entire career in retail sales, and I thoroughly understand customer service. I am appalled that this guy taunted us with our meal before complacently returning our money. I don’t want anything. I express my dissatisfaction by ceasing to do business with those who mistreat me. Read moreThe burgers and fries get 5 stars but the ordering and service get 1. Dumb ordering system. Fill out paper while in line. Then the clerk will, line by line, go over your order and fill out another sheet or paper or at least correct in red marker your order. Then they will put your order into the computer and give you a number. Only one clerk takes orders one at a time. A line of 5 people could have you in line 10-15 minutes. Its 2018 for crying out loud. Single line, paper ordering, and still half of all orders are WRONG! Good thing the burgers are good. Imagine how few burgers the fast food places would sell with this system? It's the food preparation that that makes fast food fast. Not the ordering. And after all the writing and checking....they got 2 out of 4 orders wrong! When I said that the orders were wrong the people at the next table said "they got all our orders wrong". Really! Slow, inefficient, and it doesn't get the orders right. Wake up!! Its 2018! Even the small mom and pop restaurants have an iPad for ordering. How about a little respect for your customers? I got a 1/2 lb. burger , medium rare, with onion rings delivered
The food arrived still hot, onion rings crispy.
The burger was cooked medium rare with all my request...So it was sloppy to eat but good..

First time ever for this place. Got here on a Friday at 1130 am. 1-2 people ahead of me. BUT 5 minutes later a long lines.. FIRST the good. I was greeted as soon as I came in was instructed on the menu and the way to order. I was told it would be 12 minutes. It was. They had malt vinegar on table. curious.! Got my fresh squeeze lemonade. Well it was more like lemon water not strong not too sweet. But maybe that's the way Floridian do it. They have no good idea of good food. Fries were large and fresh. Burger was good but not outstanding.. Malt vinegar was good on the fries.
I will be back for my 20 % discount on Monday when a burger...
