Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Cape Coral

We always order a half gallon of italian ice online for a pickup or go there during lunch when its not busy.

I just called and they claim they never provide this service and refused to do it for me unless I did a door dash which is double the cost. They told us they do not sell half gallons of Italian Ice and never did which is not true because I picked up 2 half gallons there in the past week in person.

So we go in person to the store and ask to purchase a half gallon which is on the menu and the 2 employees with curly permed hair claim they don't sell it and never have sold it.

We decided to purchase 2 quarts of black cherry ice. It tasted totally different than it did when we purchased the half gallon early in the week as well as the orange which also had no flavor.

Not sure what happened in the course of a few days but not only does the product lack any flavor but it was so hard you needed a chisel to take a bite out of it unless you let it thaw out for 15 minutes.

Loved this concept! New Yorker who took a little weekend getaway to the area and stopped in to give it a try! As someone who’s spent 20 years in the food service industry I will say that Jeremiah’s staff was fantastic! Polite, energetic and knowledgeable on the product! Engaging the customer with a smile and thorough explanation of the items served in the business is a huge part of someone’s experience! The young girl who helped me, I believe to be the manager was very helpful if offering suggestions and flavor combinations besides the already created treats on the menu. She was great!! The offering of samples was a nice touch to try the different flavors to come up with my decision on what to order which was the Peanut Butter Cup! 10/10 highly recommend for all PB and chocolate fans. Wish there was a location here in NY but I will definitely be stopping in to the Cape Coral location again when I’m down...

This is the last time I'm coming here. I went through the drive thru and my husband order a medium gelati and I order a small mint and peanut butter with vanilla gelati. We got our treats and we left and I noticed the ice cream was chocolate instead of vanilla. I came back into the store I told the same lady that helped me eariler about my ice cream being chocolate. I came in with the receipt to show what I order which was correct on the receipt. She didn't say anything to me and remade it and it was still wrong. She forgot the peanut butter. I didn't even eat it at that point I had a rough week and I wanted something to look forward too. This isn't the first time I had issues like this but it always was corrected the second time.
