Mahi Sushi Thai Cuisine & Pho — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I order food from here all the time. The sushi is fantastic, my favorite being the eel sushi, which I have literally dreamt about. Its perfect. Its a little expensive but it comes through in the ingredients, and you can taste the quality.

I have tried many items from the kitchen and I find its ok. I love thai food and I can taste the quality of the ingredients. But it just tastes like the ingredients exist separately in the dishes rather than coming together to form a total experience. I don't know the culinary reason for this but I have felt the same way about many of the dishes. I prefer thai food from other places in fort myers. We have been looking for a good sushi spot and read that this place should be tried. I wish it lived up to the other reviews.

The service was terrible probably due to a lack of training by the owners. No water was offered, no plates for the food, nobody asking about the meal experience and the time it took to get our food was really slow. We witnessed a lone diner cancel his order and leave. He was there when we arrived and 30 minutes later he had still not been served.

The sushi was good but we have had better locally, even at the Publix deli sadly.

What a lovely little sushi bar! Was recommended here by a local friend, decided to come in and check it out. Quiet and quaint, you can tell this place is run with care and cleanliness! Didn’t wait at all for our food really, at most maybe a minute or two. I highly recommend ordering the Thai iced tea, it’s fantastic with most of the dishes, especially if you like the spicy options.
