A Sports Bar/Irish Pub With Good Food Another eatery we had not been to before so we gave it a try. This place was very busy with people watching various college football games on the numerous TV’s and service was still top notch. Just as so many places today, it appeared as though there was only one server, Daniel, on our side of the dining room and this guy hustled. Drinks came out quickly – Sodas ($2.75) and a house Irish Red tap beer ($3.00). The Irish Red was tasty, more malt flavor and less hoppy. Tasty enough for me to have a few. We started with the Bavarian Pretzel Sticks appetizer ($10.99). Four pretzel logs, cut in half, served with a cup of cheese sauce and a slightly zippy brown mustard. A nice soft pretzel chew and the cheese and mustard added to the flavor. They were good, but eleven bucks for basically 4 stretched out pretzel rolls is too pricey in my opinion. My wife had the Grilled Salmon ($18.99). The plate had a nice salmon portion, perfectly grilled, topped with a marvelous mango salsa. Joining the salmon was a broccoli/carrot medley and slightly flavorful rice. My wife is a salmon fan and this was really good. I chose the Caribbean Cuban sandwich and glad I did. An excellent Cuban, but they sub in pulled pork versus pork roast slices. The ham, swiss, pickles, pork and mayo-mustard blend were perfect in the pressed crisp outside, tender inside roll. A very generous mound of crispy, tasty fries and a pickle spear join the sandwich. I ended up eating all of the fries and bringing half the sandwich home. Made for a great lunch the next day. The menu is quite extensive with many options is the various categories. I’m sure everyone in your party can find something good here. We’ll go back for sure.

It is fast becoming our favorite place. Comfortable & fun with great food. They have it all here! There's lots of space, plenty of tables and bar space, with multiple large screens tvs. O'Leary's Bar & Grill has it all in a good location, just off the islands between Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach and away from all the congestion of Ft Myers in the Publix Shopping Center at Winkler & Summerlin. Very attentive staff and great service! It's definitely a hometown place where everyone is friendly. We loved the Barvarian Pretzel Sticks 🥨 appetizer. They were delicious. I had the sheppards pie, my son had the 1/2 rack of ribs, and my husband had half a dozen wings. Everything was great. 🍻 On our next visit, we had bangers and mashed and hamburger. On our next visit, we had the steak quesadilla, boom boom shrimp, and the cheese steak sandwich with onions and peppers and melted cheese, delicious! I am certain we will be back for either their $2 off Tacos🌮 and $2 off Margaritas 🍹on Tuesdays or their Thursday Nights $27 Prime Rib🥩. We can't wait! Also looking forward to Saturday night's Karaoke!!! 🎶🎙🎶 #OLearysBar&Grill #SWFLeats #EatPlaySWFL #EnjoySWFL #EnjoyFlorida

Opened 2 days after hurricane! Nobody goes thirsty here! January 2023: After more than 3 months of our steady support of this bar and grill, l feel it deserves an updated review. It is by far the best option near us. The food has gotten sooooo much better that can not be considered as "bar food" anymore, the presentation of their dishes, the details of the Chef are first class. Salads are crisp and fresh, fish is delicious and affordable. The grouper bites are great and the price of $8.00 makes them a must, l like mine blackened. But on Wednesday l ordered the Ahí Tuna cocktail and l was so pleasantly surprised l will share a pic with you. This appetizer along with a glass of bubbly deserves special recognition to the Chef 👨‍🍳 The staff is experienced and very friendly, specially bartenders Mario and Grant. Brian the owner is a lovely person. Congratulations from Norma and the gang!

Busy trivia night forced to sit on the patio. six of us had great meals three different servers and the trivia MC came to check on us. Allowing us to participate in the trivia. we called ourselves the outcasts since we were on the patio. on the second game of trivia we had already paid our tab for six meals plus drinks, we're having a great time, the side door was propped open the entire hour and a half that we were there. Servers in and out . Suddenly a female came out told us we had to close the door while they were reading the answers to the second trivia game. An unpleasant verbal exchange was initiated with that dark curly haired female. she slammed the door and locked us out there. There were other patrons still out on the patio. she asked us if we cashed out before she abruptly locked us out, like we were planning to dine and dash which was not the case at all. She told us that we could not play trivia from the patio although there was no seating inside. It was a lousy way to end the evening. we're local, live here year round, have brought a lot of folks here to dinner with us introducing them to O'Leary's and it was our 25th wedding anniversary. She told us there was smoke bugs and it was letting out the air conditioning. Six of us ate a meal out there with no bugs whatsoever. If there were bugs why would you ever serve food on the patio. The three servers and the MC that came in and out the blocked Open Door we're really good and friendly. A really poor experience and some of the local business owners that were with us probably will not return. I am hopeful that this long dark curly haired female is not the manager or there may be a decline in business. You know it's not what you say but how you say it sometimes. We really matched our name is Outkast because we were treated very disrespectfully, slamming the door and locking it, told the tale. We had not experienced this at all as many times as we've been to O'Leary's. Choose to support local businesses and am not sure we will return without...

Unfortunately, we weren't able to even try the food here. We placed an online order on 7/4, went to pick up the food and they were closed. We waited for the next business day to call because we were charged for our order even though they were closed. We were told that the system was supposed to be shut off because they were closed, but that didn't happen and that multiple people had this happen. We were told once it was done pending we wouldn't actually be charged. We waited until it cleared in our account, called back, informed them we were actually charged and were told they issued a refund. Called again a few days later after we didn't receive a refund and just keep getting the run around. 10 days later now, we still have not received a refund and have put in a dispute with our bank. Absolutely would never go here after this, they have yet to make it right and have ripped us off for $90.

That's completely false, I've already spoken to DoorDash and they stated it's up to your company to issue a refund. The fact that we have left our name and number with your company THREE times and nobody reached out to make this right asked what type of company you run and how little you regard your...
