The Mix on Pine Island — Restaurant in Cape Coral

The Mix is an absolutely amazing place to visit! My family and I tried their products on Sunday and were pleasantly suprised with the abundance of items you get for the price, and for the friendly atmosphere. The owners were very patient while we chose our drinks, as it was our first time going there. I, and many others, will be happy to know that all of their products are dairy free, and for the shakes: under 300 calories, low sugar, and high protein, and for the tea bombs: under 30 calories, and low sugar. With our order of a shake for each of us, we all recieved an aloe shot of our flavor choice, and a tea of our flavor choice. With over 100 flavors of shakes and over 50 flavors of tea bombs, your palet with never get bored at The Mix. The three shakes we got were the Pumpkin Roll, the Peppermint Patty, and the Coffee Cake. Wow 🤩 I can’t say enough good things about this spot. I recently moved to the area, and have been looking for good, easy, quick and healthy food options. Thankfully I was in the mood for a protein shake and looked up the closest one to me. The Mix, I mean you walk in and you are greeted by owners (husband and wife) they were extremely nice and helpful as they have so many options, as it was my first time I didn’t know where to start. They have all of the ingredients and calorie/Sugar numbers anything you would need if you were tracking calories, Not only that but along with getting a protein shake, included with the price of the shake, you get a Shot of aloe, Which was explained to me to be very good for your gut and then a flavored tea Which I did upgrade for an energy boost. I wish I could comment on a beverage from this place but as I have been sitting here for LITERALLY OVER AN HOUR, yes, 63 minutes and counting, waiting for a smoothie. I can only comment that no beverage (cute and full of protein or not) is worth waiting this long. Also we weren’t greeted when we came in, lame. 0/10. Do not recommend.
