recently visited Arby's with high hopes of enjoying a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The main issue that left me disappointed was the undercooked mozzarella sticks.
Upon receiving my order of mozzarella sticks, I eagerly anticipated biting into warm, crispy sticks with gooey cheese centers. However, to my dismay, the mozzarella sticks were noticeably undercooked. The breading lacked the desired golden brown color and crispiness, while the cheese inside remained cold and unmelted. It was a letdown to say the least.
Aside from the unappetizing mozzarella sticks, I found the overall experience at Arby's to be rather average. The service was adequate, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The staff seemed disengaged and lacked the enthusiasm that can make a dining experience more enjoyable.
Furthermore, the atmosphere of the restaurant was unremarkable. The seating area was clean, but it lacked any distinctive or welcoming ambiance. It felt like a typical fast food establishment, which didn't add to the overall experience.
While this particular visit to Arby's was disappointing, I understand that isolated incidents can occur in any restaurant. However, the undercooked mozzarella sticks were a significant oversight that affected my overall impression of the establishment.
In conclusion, my experience at Arby's left much to be desired, primarily due to the undercooked mozzarella sticks. While the service and atmosphere were average, the quality of the food was lacking, leading to a subpar dining experience. I hope that Arby's takes steps to improve the consistency of their food preparation in order to avoid similar disappointments...
Read moreWe were really excited to try the New Hushpuppy battered fish at Arby's at the Cape Girardeau Mo location. Where do i dare to start.. After ordering we pulled to the window and the Young girl there at the window was either very new or didnt know how to respond to conversation. We decided on the 3 piece meal combo. We were given our sodas and ask to pull forward to wait. There where no one in the drive through ahead of us but it still took 15 minutes waiting for the order to be brought out to us. We took a drink of soda while waiting for the order and it was mainly watered down. When we drove only 2 blocks away to get home. We sat to eat right away. When we opened our styrofoam containers we both said are they serious? Our 3 piece of fish was as short as a womans index finger and if you found the fish inside the batter (way thick and over cooked to mush) wouldnt eat it neither of us. My husband pulled his 2 fish in half and the third piece was all batter and NO fish inside. Very small pieces and gross to look at and taste was nasty because it was fried to long. Arby's plz take this advice and stick with the WE HAVE THE MEAT. beef and leave the fish...
Read moreIt's Arby's...... What can you expect. Customer service is a thing of the past, and most fast food restaurants you enter today, if a real person has to wait on you, they act as if it's a pain. "Here's your cups, here's your receipt, we'll yell for you and you can trot on up here and get it yourself because there's only 3 people working, and two of them are in break." They do have an app...... My suggestion is to go in, sit down, and order from the app, that way you can take advantage of the discounts that way, and your phone has just about as much personality as the person giving you a blank stare from behind the counter. I would almost rather order from the app these days than to have to deal with the no change counting, overworked, underpaid, self-service attendee. Now, that's almost ALL fast food restaurants, not just this Arby's. I got my food quick, I received what I ordered, and my curly fries were hot, I honestly don't expect anything more than that when eating chain...
