Rude Dog Pub — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

Great pub. This is the only public bar in southeastern Missouri that I will "hang out" at, like if I have a business meeting on the riverfront and have to kill a half an hour or three while I wait.

But the best things about this pub are the live music shows. Come specifically when the musicians do and you wjll have a time that justifies spending more than just a few half hours...

Favorite bar ever. Been going there since I was 21. It's like my "Cheers" where you walk in and everyone knows your name. You just feel at home there. It's a relaxing, comfortable environment. Will always be my number one choice even though I haven't been there in years. I know if I was to walk in there to this day it'd still...

If you like an eclectic dive bar, this is the place for you! There is so much on the walls (and ceiling) too look at, that in and of itself is entertaining every time I go in. They also have frequent musical guests. Shout out to the best bartender...
