Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Cape Girardeau

I’ve been to a lot of different locations and was excited to try this one. My go to is a mocha blender with an extra shot. The cup wasn’t full and there was a small amount of whipped cream on top. I tried again a couple of weeks later thinking it was because they had just opened. Not the case. Even less in the cup and less whip. At the locations on N Kingshighway, Jackson, Sikeston, and Perryville, it’s filled to the top and the whip fills the lid making it look amazing and giving you your money’s worth. This is my 3rd time going to Scooters and my second poor experience. The first I had issues with my app and a coupon and was told to call corporate only to call and speak with a manager who advised they are a franchise. The manager did offer me a free drink which I have not yet fulfilled and that was gracious. My second experience was today 12/22/2022 in an attempt to purchase 10 gift cards only to be advised that the locations in Cape had no gift cards available. I was encouraged to try the Jackson or Sikeston locations with no certainty they would be available. Very...

Ok, the coffees are hit or miss. I'll warn you that cold brew with sweet foam was absolutely horrible. Tasted like a watered down old tea bag. It didn't even taste like coffee.
