They messed up a Thai tea. As a boba shop, let alone one in a premium village like capitola, how do you mess up the most signature of boba drinks. It was utter pain drinking what was supposed to be a refreshing beverage. It resembled something more like a coors light that had been left out in the sun for two days. The boba was sticky and unenjoyable. The service was unpleasant and frankly rude. The child working there resembled the emo kid from Horton hears a who (see attached image). Went with my friend. Overpriced, and got BOTH of our orders wrong. Due to allergies, I was unable to drink it. One staff member was friendly, the other is the main reason I'm leaving this negative review. My friend was unable to finish her drink, she said it was disgusting.
