The worst service IVE EVER HAD! If I could I would give it a ‐5 stars

COFFEE was under roasted, nothing unique oŕ creative to cover up the tasteless bland espresso.

The woman working there were rude, unnatentìve, careless and lacked personality.

We asked for 1out of our 4 mocha unsweetened and when they gave us the mochas I asked which one was half, and she said they are all the same. I reminded her that one was half sweet to which she replied, " we don't make them sweet anyway, we only add 2 pumps." I responded, "then half sweet would be one pump" She looked at me rolled her eyes and then helped the next customer doing nothing to rectify her mistake.

My daughter said, " it's whatever." And took her coffee cuz we didn't want thier ugly attitudes to ruin our day.

My husband's family has owned bench front property on beach drive since the 1940's. Apt hasalwàys been a community, local place were we enjoy supporting the local businesses...... but this place is trying to make aptos something it is not. Take your boogie attitude and disgusting coffee somewhere else...

I think they are the new owners of Rio Cafe too, by the looks of it. Due to my experience...I won't even...

This morning (8/23/25) my wife and I entered Venus Pie Trap at 10:50am. We have eaten at the restaurant several times after beach walks as it is a fun setting. There was no one in the restaurant besides us and the 3 young ladies working behind the counter. We browsed the pastry/pie case for a couple of minutes and decided to order a slice of Mexican chocolate pie and Key Lime pie. We moved over and stood in front of the cash register for 4-5 minutes. The 3 workers NEVER made eye contact with us or spoke a word to us. One girl made herself an iced coffee drink, set it on the back counter, and continued speaking with the other 2 girls. Another girl was making drinks for some guys who were waiting outside. The 3rd girl just conversed with the other 2. All three displayed Zero customer service / 100% cluelessness. We walked out of the restaurant without saying a word. We ate at the Venus Distillery/Restaurant next door a week ago and had great service. Quite a contrast to what we experienced today. All three young ladies were lousy ambassadors for...

Came to this place several times. The food can be good, but it can also be substandard. The service, however, has been consistently substandard. Today we ordered a quiche and the girl being the counter told us we would be called when it’s ready, and then she told us we couldn’t wait inside because it ‘made her feel uncomfortable’. I mean, we are customers - it’s a serious problem if the presence of customers makes her feel uncomfortable. The ladies sitting next to us ordered pizza and it was soggy and practically inedible. To top it all, the Parmesan was moldy! The manager was nice enough to refund them (hence 2 stars, otherwise it would have...
