Fazoli's — Restaurant in Carbondale

I went to this restaurant again today on May 24th 2018 and the thing I like about this restaurant in Carbondale Illinois is unlike Wendy's which is one I've been to about a week ago was that it didn't have homeless people sitting in it I went to Wendy's while back in Carbondale Illinois and they had at least a couple people actually more like three or four people that seem to be homeless and all but maybe one of them didn't even seem to be a customer it's like they just wondered in and made themselves at home and I'm not opposed to talk to someone but when I'm just trying to eat I don't want someone bother me asking if I know some place to get work or if I have any money or anything like that which is what they was doing and Fazoli's when I went in was clean now one point before I left there was a homeless woman walking with a suitcase with wheels on it and a bottle of water and she came in and I was like well maybe she'll make a purchase and sale in there and relax okay fine it's kind of hot day and she came in and sat down and low profile that one minute I realized and not even five minutes later she was leaving so that's how it was when I go to a restaurant regardless it's a burger or pasta I expect the restaurant to be clean which Fazoli's was Wendy's was not I expect the employees to be attentive which was always definitely was Wendy's was all right I expect not to be bothered by someone who's not even a customer asking for money or if I know a place where I can get work or where they can stay which Fazoli's kept that from happening Wendy's didn't I I don't think I will go back to Wendy's in Carbondale Illinois for a long time because I don't want to be bothered Fazoli's was a pleasant experience and they actually treat it like it's a restaurant and not like a homeless shelter and unfortunately that's the way that I that's the best compliment I can give them considering the last time I ate anywhere in...

I went with my family to eat dinner, it had been a while since I had been to Fazolis so I was looking forward to going, upon arriving at the restaurant we went inside to order and I couldn't read the menu due to me being visually impaired so I asked the person working the register if they had a papar menu as I can't read the menu due to my vision, he looked at me and just turned around to grab a paper menu and handed it to me and never said a word and he looked like he was annoyed by my request since I couldn't read the menu, so we ordered and when the food arrived he just started passing out the food without saying anything people said thank you but he didn't respond. Overall the food was good, but the service was bad definitely didn't feel welcomed, probably won't...

Food is...well it's fast food pasta...don't expect The Spaghetti Factory...but the reason I give it such a poor rating is because the service is anything from horrible to out and out hostile...and the drive thru folks are even worse...they are downright rude and could care less if your order is right or if your food is spilling out of it's container.

I have to pick up orders for my work and recently they gave me two wrong orders (both of which had been opened when I got back to the office). I had to drive all the way back to their restaurant; No apologies, just a snear and a long sigh...and then they asked for the opened food and TOOK IT BACK! I just wonder what they did with that food!?

I hate leaving a such a bad review, but I honestly the service is...
