This establishment is absolutely terrible. I went in tonight with my two small children and it was the biggest mistake. They are out of a bunch of the ingredients so you are limited on what you can get. It probably would have been better if they had a menu of what you could actually order instead of the menu they have. It is also very unsanitary! All of the toppings that they were using for people's ice cream are sitting on the count in white containers with no lids on protecting them from any type of contamination. The condiments for the hot dogs are sitting on top of the trash area and again the relish had no lid on it and the onion were just sitting in a tupperware container. The kids (yes the whole store is being run by just high school students) are making people's ice cream while handling money with NO gloves on. I can't even begin to think about what is touching all over people's food. None of the tables were wiped down and there was trash sitting on the window ledge. You can tell that the owner does not care about this establishment and allows the kids to run the place with no direction whatsoever. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Well, this is supposed to be a snickers blizzard, but really it’s just a cup with a bunch of vanilla ice cream in it… if this was a one time thing at this location, I wouldn’t write a review, but this is literally every single time we come here. We love Dairy Queen and trying, but I’m done.

Visited the store on 10/21/2018 around 1245 I was hungry for a Sunday I walked in and there was a total of three people in the building One of which was already eating And two that were sitting at a table with drinks most likely waiting for meals . I went to the register to order And stood there for a full five minutes being totally ignored by all three members of the staff . All of which walked by me looked at me and did not acknowledge or greet me or make any attempt to help me . There was a young lady making ice cream cakes Which is busywork And should be caused when customers are in the store and need service . The young man was walking back-and-forth doing God knows what also looked right at me and then walked away totally ignoring me . Third person walking around was in regular clothes not a uniform so I’m assuming she was the owner . I’m not sure that she saw me because I didn’t actually see her look directly at me . After standing there for five minutes being totally ignored I walked 300 feet across the street to Brusters where I was greeted immediately and taken care of and in and out in less than three minutes . I thought it was incredibly rude the way the staff treated me at Dairy Queen and I wouldn’t go back . After I left I realize that it might be a good idea to give them some feedback so I called Told them what had just happened and explain to them that that’s very poor customer service incredibly rude it might be smart not to treat other people like that or they won’t have any customers left . I did not even get an apology honestly I was totally shocked . Probably best I didn’t eat there anyway I did notice all of the containers were dripping and dirty And filthy But I really did want that Sunday so I was definitely willing to take my chances . It’s really disappointing because I absolutely love Dairy Queen But thIs location is definitely...

I had a terrible experience AGAIN with the same boy that waited on us. Many times I ordered my ice cream and don't get how I ordered it. Been just letting it go and finally got tired of it not being made correctly. The last time I ordered the PB cup pie blizzard with twist ice cream and he used vanilla. Same thing happened today with the same boy. I asked for PB cup pie blizzard with twist ice cream. He told me they were not allow to use twist anymore cause they had a complaint. I told him that it was probably me because they never make they way I order it. So I said ok fine just use chocolate. AGAIN he made it with vanilla. Again I told him I asked for chocolate he got mad slammed it down on the counter and looked at the other boy working with him and he said yes she asked for chocolate. So he made a new one with chocolate slammed it on the counter threw the other one out. Never offered Cool whip, which shouldn't be an option cause it, is to come with it. Then walked away so we had to ask the other boy to please get us our drinks. He also works with an EAR BUD in his ear😥 we have other friends that don't go to Carlisle DQ because of the same poor service. Something needs to change here. We visit often but getting very bad there. KIDS...
