I recently dined at Panera Bread and I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with everyone! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
The menu at Panera Bread is a true culinary delight. The variety of freshly baked breads, soups, salads, sandwiches, and more had my taste buds dancing with excitement. I was impressed with the diverse range of options, from classic favorites to creative new flavors. There were also plenty of healthy choices that fit my dietary preferences, which made me feel good about my meal choice.
I finally settled on a delicious roasted turkey, apple, and cheddar sandwich on freshly baked whole grain bread. The combination of flavors was simply heavenly, and the quality of the ingredients was evident with every bite. The sandwich was generously portioned and made to perfection. I also paired it with a cup of their creamy tomato soup, which was rich, velvety, and oh-so-comforting. It was clear that the ingredients were fresh and the food was made with care.
The service at Panera Bread was exceptional. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions I had. They also took great care in ensuring that my dining experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had ample seating, making it a cozy spot to relax and savor my meal.
In addition to the delicious food and outstanding service, I appreciated Panera Bread's commitment to sustainability. They use eco-friendly packaging and have implemented initiatives to reduce their environmental footprint, which is something I value as a conscious consumer.
Overall, my experience at Panera Bread was nothing short of delightful. The combination of scrumptious food, excellent service, and sustainability efforts made it a standout dining experience. I highly recommend Panera Bread to anyone looking for a delectable meal in a cozy and welcoming environment. I'll definitely be returning for more of their...
Read moreI placed an order the day before for rapid pickup. A bagel pack for boss’s day (ya know, the 13 bagels and 2 cream cheese tubs) and 1 half gallon of the green tea. I received the text message saying that my order was ready to be picked up before I even left my house, so I hopped in my car and drove to Panera. When I arrived I had to wait for the green tea to be bottled up, which clearly means my order wasn’t ready to be picked up. Drove into work to start the celebration and when I opened the bag of bagels to my surprise all that was in there was the bagels! None of the other stuff that should have been in the bag that I ordered was in there (no cream cheese, butter, napkins, or plastic silverware). So I called to see how Panera was going to make it right. The managers response? I could leave MY JOB to go pick it up or she could refund me the money because they are not allowed to deliver it nor can they make arrangements for someone else to deliver it. Really? I’m the one being punished for your mess up? So I have no other option but to leave work to go pick up the items that THEY forgot because what else are you going to do with 13 bagels with nothing to put on them. So I hop back in my car and head back to Panera, now I have to drive through road construction to get there, walk in and say I’m there to pick up the stuff that they forgot and get the bag basically thrown at me. No words exchanged saying “Sorry to inconvenience you” or anything like that came out of the managers mouth. In fact she didn’t say a word. Look in the bag when I get to my car and there are 7 little cream cheeses for 13 bagels. I’m pretty sure that when you order a single bagel you get a little cream cheese so I’m not sure how that math works for them. Totally not worth dealing with the incompetence of employees that they have working there to complain again since they weren’t concerned in the first place to right their wrong besides offering me a refund of the things...
Read moreThis Panera has gone drastically downhill in the last year in my opinion; I frequently visit this restaurant and have had increasingly bad experiences. The first major issue was with poor customer management when my mother was in the middle of ordering and abandoned twice - over non-urgent matters, and then dismissed by a manager (I know what you’re thinking, she was probably being rude and asked for it. No. My mom is a saint, she couldn’t talk rudely to someone if her life depended on it.) Then for a while it was small things - utensils not given for takeouts, dressings forgotten, a baguette forgotten... I let these slide because I understand most of these kids are new and there’s a lot going on it might slip their mind, but it’s worth noting. Then orders started being forgotten; twice in one week I was standing there and they had to ask me if I was waiting for something because they hadn’t seen the order on their screen (could be the system, but probably just disregard on their part cause when I told them they eventually saw it). The final straw as to why I felt the need to leave this review is because I ordered delivery this morning. I live at most a 5 minute drive from this Panera (why didn’t I drive there myself? I don’t have a car and I’m off work today so it was easiest to get it delivered). I placed my order at 8:46am and was given the delivery timeframe of 9:16-9:26am. 9:26 comes around - no communication. 9:46 comes around, I call and ask for a update - it’s still sitting on their counter! A whole hour later! 9:57am I finally, finally get the delivery. I had ordered a smoothie. It was delivered as a juice. Really? You gave me a smoothie that’s been sitting for an hour? It would’ve taken literally a minute to make a fresh one. I’m so over the laxidasical service at this Panera, the next closest one is half an hour away, but guess what, I’m going to be making...
