The bald dude at the store was so rude and condescending. When my partner and I walked in to just discuss our plan and to see if we could workshop it due to it being expensive, he acted as if we were annoying toddlers that were waisting his time. We just didn’t understand and when we told him what he was telling us was confusing and we don’t understand, instead of explaining, he gave us his entire work pedigree and how it just is what it is. Then dismissed us by telling us we can call corporate if we need more explanation. As someone who is autistic, I sometimes need a bit more help understanding stuff, not to be infantilized by a random pos at an AT&T. I left without another word but I’ve lived a life of constantly being treated lesser because of my disabilities and I’m tired of it. I’m 31 years old, speak to me as such. I gave nothing but respect since I came in and so did my partner because I understand the customer service life can suck. I’m sorry with your extensive pedigree you have to work at an AT&T but that doesn’t give you the right to be this way towards people that just had questions and in no way shape or form were rude to you and were nothing but respectful. Read moreI'm so happy with the services from the staff at this store! We were first greeted by Chris when we walked in, and he helped answer questions while another staff member was grabbing the phone we had placed on hold. We then sat down with Nicole to go over the phone we had on hold.
I decided I wanted to upgrade as well, and Nicole was absolutely fantastic in answering all the questions I had and helping me to decide what would be the best choice for me financially. The process was longer for me due to account issues that had nothing to do with the store, and she was very upfront and honest about the financial expectations and she even printed out what the estimated charges would be (before tax and insurance).
Nicole did a great job and I appreciate how kind and thorough she was.
Also, the other staff sounded wonderful as well! You hear a lot when you're sitting there waiting for account stuff to go through. The other staff were very patient and helped many customers in the time we were sat there.

Instead of help I got the worst attitude from the incrediblely rude useless and unhelpful troll guarding the door . Apparently they only have two ppl in the store and he seemed to think his only job was to stand at the door and be rude while the other guy was sitting with the other customers. I literally had a question that would have taken less then 5 minutes for him to answer. Apparently he was too lazy to walk away from his post at the door which was obviously not needed since there was not anyone else in the store besides family the other guy was helping. He insisted I had to make an appointment/ wait an hour . He had the worst attitude and literally told me that was how it was and I could go somewhere else if I didn't like it ! Guess what I will go somewhere else and take my money too! Att you are losing a longtime customer with multiple lines internet and tv . Totally unacceptable!
