GameStop — Local services in Carlisle

I've been shopping at GameStop for a while and I have to say that this was the absolute worst customer service experience I've had in a long while. Lindsey is in customer service and for him to deny customer service for whatever reason is highly unprofessional. I was within seconds of putting my items back and walk out, luckily John being the professional that he is jumped in and saved a 40 dollar transaction and future returning customer. I'll have to think about whether I go back and shop again because that was disrespectful of that man to do and disrespect is not tolerated. If I could give a 0 star I would exclusively due to Lindsey choosing to stand against the back counter instead of doing the transaction. Never trusted gamestop never will. Multiple purchases for guaranteed games that work and they didnt. A friend purchased a "new" console from gamestop and it made an obvious clicking noise when the fan spun unlike actual new consoles. The assosiate accepted the return of the shoddy "new" console. I went into the store a while ago to purchase a game that was rated M. I showed my friend who was there with me, who was 14 he said yeah that would be fun to play. This company as a whole has really gone downhill in the last few years. I went here on a weekday, it was about 6:45 PM when I got there and they are supposed to be open until 8PM. I went to pull on the door to open it and it was locked ,so I look at the sign on the window to see what time they close.(8pm) I then proceeded to knock on the window only for the lady who was on the computer behind the counter to look up and literally shoo me away.
