Normally I love this location, but unfortunately my visit here tdoay wasn't the best experience. I use the mobile app 95% of the time and this am when I get there 30 mins after I order the line for the drive thru is huge. My fiance and I finally get to the speaker and say we have a moible order they tell us to pull ahead. So we do and they have my drink ready on point then we wait for about 15 mins so my fiancé sees a man who looks like a manger and simply asks "we made a mobile order almost an hour ago is there a probelm?" The manager in a rude manner states they just opened the store 20 mins ago bc the person who was scheduled to open no showed. This is an unfortunate situation and had the manager answered and simply apologized and explained what happend I wouldn't have felt the need to give them a negative review but he chose to be rude to customers who are spending their money at his establishment. I get my order, and the 2 donuts I ordered were shoved in a bag together, icing smeared all over bag. Then hash browns I ordered were ice cold and nasty. Bacon I ordered was cold and hard to chew. Macchiato I ordered did not have the raspberry or sugar taste I ordered. Called and spoke with manager who instead of apologizing like a good manager should, argued with me trying to tell me she packaged herself and they were fine.. when I asked her to consider how she would want to receive her food she aggressively said just to go to uber eats and request a refund.. SERIOUSLY??? What has happened to the concept of customer service???? It doesn't exist anymore. Read moreBeing an out of towner, I didn't think about checking to see if being in store was not allowed. Arrive to the drive thru wrapped around the building and literally moving an inch every 5 or so minutes. I would like to think if customers aren't allowed to go inside to place orders, the staff would assure that the drive thru process was a little better than it is. Ive been sitting here for about 10 minutes and I am still nowhere near ordering. Finally placed my order well over 20 minutes later and the person taking the order didn't even get my order right. She told me to slow down because I was talking too fast. I wasn't aware that asking for 3 specific donuts was speaking too fast. Get to the window over after half an hour just to have my order wrong.
