This Carl's Jr., is in Carlsbad so right off, one would think that, since Carlsbad, Is Such A Nice Area with its Clean Park Restrooms and, Just Generally Cleanily Overall Appearance that, Most Certainly, Their Restaurants Restrooms, Would Be Clean as well but, when They're Not And, They JUST OPENED, Well, you tell me Friends, is it still Fouled, from the Evening And Days Prior Business?? Regardless, We'd Already Eaten First Then, Realized, The Nasty Mens Side Restroom And, It Also smelled as if(Ive never practiced these drugs so I've No Idea), Someone Had Smoked Crack In It Too So, Traveling Friends And Locals, Please Beware But, This was a First In This Particular Area Of Town And, San Diego So, Just Beware But, Their Breakfast Sandwiches are Pretty Darn Great With A Hot Cup Of Coffee! 5/11/2024 7:48pm went to drive through, placed my order. Went to window and paid. Was told to pull around and wait by the front door and they would bring out my order. 10 minutes later it was brought out incorrectly. They went back, took a few more minutes and brought my order out. When I got home my order was still incorrect and hamburger bun was hard. When I called the store and asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on and when I tried calling back multiple times a recording stated that no one was available to take my call. Worst fast food place in the city of Carlsbad. I bought 2 gift cards for $5 each as Xmas gifts on Xmas eve. They charged my credit card for the purchase but when the cards were taken back to be used for the first time, they had $0.00 on both of them. So the next day i brought back the giftcards as well as the reciept proving my purchase and they said, "there is nothing we can do, how do i know you are not just trying to get free food?" This is not something you say to a customer, expecially when the employee is the one that made a mistake. I thought i would give them a second chance so i went back acouple days later and recieved food poisoning from the meal i ordered.
