Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Carlsbad

We love Jersey Mikes, but this location is just not it! They've messed up our order a few times, which happens, but they are so uncoordinated. Out of the two times we've had an issue big enough to warrant a new sandwich, they've messed it up.

The first time they said, "just come on in and we'll remake it" and when we got there, they had no idea what we were talking about.

Most recently, we picked up a regular on the way home and didn't notice they had given us the wrong sandwich until we got home and they had almost closed. The guy on the phone felt bad they couldn't fix it that night and offered us a giant the next day (which was very nice of him). The problem is the same thing happened where they had no idea what we were talking about the next day when we went in and then they only offered us a regular (we would've just preferred a refund at that point instead of going out of our way to go back to...

Wow, we are certainly a fickle bunch after reading some of those reviews🤪 but I have had the best sandwiches ever! I am not a sub sandwich fan or at least I wasn't until JM came to Vista. I usually visit the store at Melrose and Hacienda. I transport seniors on a daily basis and I can call from my Bluetooth enabled cell while I am creeping down the freeway. Most of the sandwich artists recognize my voice and automatically call out "its Bunny, start her #7 with extra mayo on both sides, lite mustard."Only Turkey and cheese! Hmm!,Hmm, Hmmm. Sorry? I've had surgery that prevents me from having tomatoes or. 'Mike's Way' what a crew!!always perfect, occasionally my husband goes to the store on Oceanside Blvd. He likes that one two. And to think about every 4-5 weeks I have found the entrance and seating is " perfect.

Ordered online today which I normally do at least once per week at all different locations Said 15 min It took over 40 min When I arrived it wasn't even started The young guy was so slow and not working in a logical manner. He kept working on other things in between making one sandwich fully and not changing gloves when he went back to work on sandwich Wasn't wearing a mask while preparing food and was setting sandwiches all over counter without wiping off previous messes and didn't seem sanitary at all Seems they have lack of training 🤔 The girl helping with online orders took 3 attempts to just bag 1 sandwich It took 20 min for 2 people to get 1 order ready Will not go back to this...
