The absolute worst experience ever! The order was completely messed up. Returned the food and waited on correct order. I ordered two salads with extra dressing and two orders of bread sticks with extra cheese. The 1st delivery was 1 salad ( the container was 1/2 full). The bread sticks were old and cold. Called the restaurant talked to an extremely rude teen that suggested I was lying. Then talked to a male that pretended to be a manager. He said he couldn't do anything about the messed up order. I placed this order on their Website. The delivery kid is employed by Greeks as well. This "pseudo manager" said the driver did deliver the correct order. He left it at the door of the surgery center. ( the delivery instructions was to call my cell phone when they arrived and a nurse would come out to pick up the food from them). The diver called on the 1st delivery. The driver did not call when he delivered the second order. Another nurse went to the door to check if the food was there while I was on the phone with the "pseudo manager". The order was delivered and left on the sidewalk. Yes.......the side walk!!! What part of that is remotely ok? I asked for the owners name. The kid admitted he wasn't a manager. The second delivery included a second partial salad and the same cold hard old bread sticks. This kid said I have to call slice to resolve this issue, even though I ordered on Greeks Website and their employee delivered the food. This is the 1st time I've had a negative experience with this place. I'm not sure if the standards have been lowered or the owner doesn't know the shenanigans his night shift employees are up to. In addition I paid extra for 2 salad dressing and two nacho cheeses. If this would have been my first experience with Greeks, it would definitely be my last. Depending on how this is resolved it still...
Read more1st I want to say they kept up with demand great at pizza fest compared to other tents.
But the little short older man with the beard on laptop is flat out terrible and unprofessional. To yell out I was being “fat” for grabbing an extra slice for my gf in another line at an unlimited pizza fest this weekend (Indy pizza fest) is highly unprofessional. I paid $50 per wristband to a pizza fest whose logistics were flat out terrible, plus it’s a “pizza fest”.
I’ve been a faithful customer at your venue outside of the fest for years mainly your college location here in Indy. But after this weekend, I will never be back, not sure if he’s an associate that works there or even the owner but the tone/delivery and comments were disrespectful. I’m not sure if this company stands for this type of customer service & disrespect. But he’s a poor representation of any company’s image.
I’m tired of being silent to disrespectful employees. You want people to spend money with your company but give select people better customer service is terrible. Weight, color/race, or age shouldn’t play a role in how you treat your customers even at a “Pizza festival” because we still spend money to access the venue.
You will never get business from my family or...

We walked into the store last Tuesday. There was a Family already sitting down in a group already sitting down. We went and sat down and waited for someone to greet us. No one greeted us. So I went out front to order. The two teenagers in the back walk by looked at me and asked me if I need anything and refuse to take my order. Then my spouse went up to order and they told him I’ll go sit down I’ll come and take your order. 15 minutes goes by and no one has taken our order. Everyone was seated in the restaurant had already received their food and a total of six people had come and picked up their orders. The teenage girl walked out to the table in front of us and served him and didn’t even bother to look at us acknowledge that we were sitting there or take our orders. Then as we were leaving she chuckled from behind the counter and said sorry for the service. Not sure what message to trying to communicate but they made it abundantly clear we weren’t...
