Should be 1 star but last week I had a measely $12 in my pocket to buy a sandwich and it was fire... Legit best subs, by far... But poorly managed, apparently...reach exceeds their grasp, perhaps.

Freaky Fast? More like Freaking Forever. The least amount of time it has taken for a delivery to make it to our house (which is exactly 5 minutes away from the restaurant) is 45 minutes. Usually it takes longer than that. They forgot straws, made our sandwiches wrong, our ice was almost completely melted and the drinks were disgusting. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I actually called to speak with the manager this time. When I asked for a manager she answered : "It is I". Seriously. And she sounded absolutely bored to be taking to me. I personally enjoy Jimmy John's food. This restaurant meets expectations for the franchise in the food quality, cleanliness, friendliness, and location section for me.

However, this location didn't receive 5 stars due to the following. It was the slowest franchise that I've been to. We ordered 2 sandwiches and it took a lot longer than I'm used to at Jimmy John's. This location is very small. There were only 2 tables with 4 seats. All the other tables were 2 tops. The table wasn't very clean. The rest of the restaurant was clean, but the only 4 seat table that was available wasn't clean.

All in all I would eat...
