I paid at the drive thru at 4:05pm today, 8/20/23. I ordered 2 Happy Meals, 1 Quarter Pounder Meal, and 1 Peanut Butter Crunch McFlurry. I was told to pull up to the drive thru waiting area and I did. There was one car already waiting. I sat in my car with my kids waiting and I seen the guy in the car in front of me get out and go inside. Its now 4:25pm. He gets his order and suggested I go inside, because he said they forgot about his order.
Its 4:30pm at this point when I go inside. I ask for a worker and he comes to the register. I told him where is my order, because I have been waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru area. He apologized and said they forgot. Now its 4:35pm. He went to hand me the order, and I said it should be made again fresh because it was cold. He said okay and took the order. I watched where they set the happy meal and bags. They had me wait another five mintes while the manager said fresh fries were coming. I continued watching my order they took back. I never seen them take anything out or put anything back in my order. They gave me my order back at 4:40pm and the order was still cold. They handed me back the same food order. At this point, I can wait no longer for 'fast' food because I have kids in the car who are hungry. I take my order and go though I know they said they'd correct it, but did not and handed me the same food back. Attached is...
Read moreDon't expect anything to be right. I stopped going a while back even though I work basically right next door, because they could never get my order right and no matter what time it is, they make you pull away from the window, so then you have to go inside to get it fixed. Today I was feeling parched and had some errands to run so I couldn't stop by home. I ordered a large coke and a water, easy right? Wrong. I get to the second window, and they hand me a small clear liquid and tell me to pull to the next window....even though there's someone already there. So I'm stuck between the windows for like 5 minutes, multiple cars behind me getting food and pulling away. During this time I stick the straw in what I thought was water to find out it's sprite.... I find a lull in the line and reverse to the second window. The person rolls his eyes and walks away to come back with my water. I hand him the sprite and say this isn't mine, I ordered a large coke and a water. He doesn't say anything just closes the window and throws out the sprite, then comes back with my coke finally. How hard is it to mess up a coke and a water? And to make a customer that only ordered drinks pull...
Read moreSo myself and a couple friends were at this location. We were seated at a booth, and hadn't yet ordered food, but were planning to. There were small stools underneath the table, so we assumed they could be used as footrests. One of my friends had his foot resting on the stool, right next to the table, not getting in anyone's way in the walkway. An employee approached us and told my friend to move his foot, so other people can get by. It was pretty difficult to understand what he was saying, but that's no big deal. My friend moved the stool so it was under the table, completely out of the walkway, and kept his foot resting on it. The employee then returns, and tells us we have to leave. We're a little confused at this point, and we ask why. He says he asked my friend to move his foot or something and we didn't do it. I don't think he was a native English speaker, as it was difficult to discern what he was saying (that's not a problem though!) We again ask him why we must leave, keeping it very civil, not raising our voices, and he threatens to call the cops (although, I will grant him that he did not raise his voice either). We then left, still not entirely sure what he...
