I recently had a bad experience with this smoothie king. I ordered on the Friday their system was down and it said it did not go through. I found out later (like 5 hours later) that it actually did go through and I was charged for a drink I didn’t get. I called and the lady helped me, was super nice, and I was able to get refunded the initial amount. However when I got the refund it charged me again so now I’m showing one refund and two $6.54 charges. I called another time and got another nice person on the phone who said they would take care of it. Fast forward to today, I called again because nothing had happened and the lady (super polite) said she would just make what I had ordered. I agreed and was happy with this. When I went to pick up my drink, they had made a 20oz when I had paid and my receipt said 32oz. I very kindly asked for them to remake the drink and they did so reluctantly and were not nice about it. I even apologized for having them remake it. I visited King's Smoothie to buy smoothies for my family, but my experience was completely ruined by one of the staff members. The woman working at the time was extremely rude and treated me poorly. Not only was she unfriendly, but she also yelled at me while taking my order. Her behavior was unacceptable and completely ruined my evening.
Despite her terrible attitude, I still ended up spending $54, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. I expected better customer service, especially when paying that much. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should be...

He was rude and unhelpful basically stating that could be any drink. I had to call my son, who also didn't know what it was called because the staff always help him create it, which was what this young man should have helped me with.
