My pho Dlite experience 5/29/16 so I got a groupon for pho Delight !! Yay !!
How do I say this someone mentioned service is awful ! They were somewhat right !
I walked in and waited to be seated no one noticed me , I finally asked am a supposed to seat myself ? I was then seated my waitress was kind ok good at least she was nice .😊
When she proceeded to tell me about the menu options a young oriental woman approached ,her and said take her order!! That left a bad taste in my mouth ! That was very rude , I started to leave I should have but I stayed!
To make matters worst , a hair was in my food . They apologized and sent it back and gave me more or did they ?? I noticed the broth was not hot .
The manager placed the pho on the table and did not bring me replacement chopsticks or spoon / again I had to wait she also failed to bring the fixings that come on a side dish . When I saw the waitress - the nice one I asked her and she helped me , my stomach was sour by this point and I was stressed so I took my food to go I'm not sure about that pho I'm leaning toward just throwing it out ! And I do not plan to return there again !!...

Boy oh Boy OH BOY!! my Wife and I are heart broken!. it is sad i had to take away my 5STAR review because this new restaurant that IS NOT PHO DELITE!!! does not deserve my 5STAR Review!. PHO DELITE is gone!! they change the name to "YUMMY ASIAN RESTURANT!" TACKY! and LAME!. here are my reason why I no longer like place
The old staff were much better and way friendlier. even the managers were more friendly and they evened worked and served, sometimes you didn't even know who was a manager. because they all worked hard.
the owners are now Chinese and i do not trust Chinese business. they have a little Chinese baby running wild in the restaurant all the time. dash through the kitchen. The old man can't even keep up with him! pluse he is always with the waitresses even hen they are serving other customers!. keep this baby home!! he is always there!
food and service is not the same. but they do give good portions i can not argue with. My Wife no longer likes the pad thai. which is a shame.

Would not recommend at all! Their soup is super bland, doesn't even taste like traditional pho at all. It's very Chinese oriented flavors and the soup is very sour for some reason, didn't even add lime and it's weirdly sour (not in a good way). Their portions isn't the best nor is their service. If you want to try an AUTHENTIC pho place with amazing flavors, good portions, and good pricing. I highly highly recommend checking out Pho Van in Catonsville 6477 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228. It's a family owned shop and it's a little far away from me, but I guarantee you it's worth it. I've been going to that place for 7+ years, and it's still the same amazing flavors. The only reason I decided to try Pho D'Lite is because I recently just moved to this area and I thought I'd try out some pho places to see if they were the same as the one I usually always go to (Pho Van) but however after many different trips, it was an disappointment just...
