My family used to order from Ye's. We won't again. We used their online portal to order. Part of our order was not completed. When I called, they said, sorry you can come back to get the chicken we forgot. No other options were provided. Good customer service should have offered delivery or to comp it. Nothing. Then my order of combination noodles did not have any shrimp. When I called about it they told me I was wrong. I know what shrimp looks like. There was not one piece in my order. Two other meals from my order had shrimp. The noodles did not. On the phone they told me I had to return the food so they could check it and if I was right they'd make me a new one. I explained that since this is their error I didn't want to wait for new one to be made and they assured me I wouldn't have to wait. I took it back and they checked in the back and then told me it did have shrimp but it was only supposed to have 5. Then I had to wait for them to make shrimp to put into my food and give it to me. When I told them this was a problem, he shrugged it off. I will never be back and I hope this encourages others to find a new better place as well. Sad to say but I will never be ordering from Ye‘s again. Today I realize that they’ve been up charging me the last three times that we’ve gone. $3 more than what my bill say. When I called them on it today when I ordered and they called for my CC number. The man on the phone told me too bad that my receipt price and my credit card charge are two different things. That there receipt prices are not the true price is for there food. He said what he could do is takeoff some food if that would make it better. Why would taking off food that I ordered make it better. rather than just acknowledging that his prices on the receipt are different than what they’re charging people. So how he explained it was the more expensive it was it was because of taxes And service fee which both are on my receipt but yet my receipt says it $38.96 with all the fees. When he called for my cc he said it was $41.96…. I asked why he said the service charge I said that in the receipt. He literally said too bad that’s our price I could take food off your order. Read moreWe’ve born ordering from Ye’s for over 17yrs, we’ve never had issue until yesterday. The food was always hot delicious and fresh. After eating and putting the food away I noticed the rice had a slight odor, I guess we didn’t notice because we were hungry. I thought it was me, but when I opened the fridge this morning lo and behold the entire fridge smelled. Not the usual “I have left over Chinese food that I can’t wait to demolish”, but ewww I’m about to toss this! We heated up some of the egg foo young and rice and sure enough it was already spoiled. I called Ye’s and she said they had many orders and blamed my storage in the fridge as being the culprit. I was told I should have stored it overnight in the microwave?!? I was offered a credit for a type of rice we don’t eat, but it wasn’t even about the free credit.
