The waitress was wearing a dusty black hoodie on a busy Friday evening and she was not attentive at all. My wife said the Moscow mule was the worst she’s ever had. I ordered the lobster and steak. The waitress told me the price on the menu was wrong and its going to be more expensive. My food came out after the other three people at my table were done eating. The lobster tail was small the steak was under seasoned and the maposteao rice didn’t have sweet plantains so they charged me for a side. Rice was way over salty. It was $180 before tip for two people. The menu says we don’t refund food you don’t like so I can only imagine how many complaints they have had to need to say that. Not a bad restaurant, service isn’t that great, they don’t refill drinks unless you ask, the waiter just disappears, and just takes a long time in general to get food. The food was hit or miss, we got the app sampler and the shrimp empanadas were amazing, everything else was mediocre to terrible. I ordered ribeye/lobster with mofongo. The ribeye was amazing and great portion, the mofonfo was on point as well, the lobster tail was WAY overcooked, super dry and I asked for butter and they served some kind of weird butter thing that didn’t taste like butter at all not sure what that was. My wife ordered the churasco/shrimp and mofongo, and steak was great and shrimp was very basic and not flavorful. I would go again but only order steak/mofongo. The valet service was...
