Wendy's — Restaurant in Carolina

I was missing a few things in my order (some loaded fries and a sauce for c. nuggets) I was trying to explain the lady who gave me my order this, but she said they were in the bag. I check again so I correct her and try to show her (opening the bag so she can see) that they are not in there. As im trying to explain she raises her hand at me for me to wait, since she is multitasking (taking other orders in drive through, serving sodas, filling up bags for other orders, etc.) But she never gave me an answer so I'm just waiting for her to either be ready to listen to me or hand over what is missing from the rest of my order, for about five - six minutes. Being as polite as I can be. I understand that under the circumstances that we are in now with COVID 19, masks, risk of exposure its already bad enough, you don't need an outside customer making it worse. I look back and she is explaining to a coworker and the manager what is missing from my order (this is how i find out she did listen to me) so they can prepare it and continue on. It was another worker who gave me what was missing in my order, with a MUCH better attitude. I thanked her for it and went on my way. I understand that they are probably understaffed with all that is going on or maybe the managers are placing too many responsabilities for the rest of the employees, but little things like an attitude check can affect...

It was awesome and entertaining cause there was a women that was writing a book and she got close to me and my parents and in the table she left a lot of papers on purpose and when the employe sees the mess in the table she thinks that its trash. And when she started taking the papers to the trash can the women came and she started saying that she was writing a nooo and made a show about she is a 3 million dollar women and that the employe desrespect her. Btw the "3 million dollar" women had a shopping cart with a lot of things walking on the streets, and the employe( is a she ) was scared cause the women was screaming at her almost knock out the employe trying to get the papers. The employe tells what happen to the manager and he is not happy, then the manager comes and says to the women that she needs to apologise and she can do what she did (scream and knock people out) and then the employe comes and when shes gonna talk with her the women gets up, gets out of this Wendy and takes her shopping cart and storms off..... Lol

I was eating a delicious Loaded Brown and seeing this whole show out of nowhere was entertaining.

I love Wendy even if im eating Loaded Brown and seeing a old women screaming and knocking out...

Went to the drive through tonight , in the process of ordering and while I am Puerto Rican and native to the island my Spanish is not perfect. I definitely do my best only to be laughed at and ridiculed . When I get up the the drive up window the employee who was laughing at me is now standing there laughing it up still.. was called a horrible bad offensive name . Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s . And we eat there around 90+ times a year . We will not be going...
