Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Carrollton

First time ordering from Carrollton Domino's. Requested delivery and pre-paid. Received a notice that my pizza was being prepared, then received a call stating there was no delivery driver available. Altonio asked if we could come pick it up (at that point, what other choice did we have?).

My husband went to the store and picked it up, asking if the delivery charge would be refunded since the order was not delivered. Altonio was not happy about that and made comments about my pre-paying and that he guessed he would have to pay for it himself. He then took $4 from the drawer and shoved it at my husband, turned around, walked away, and never said another word to him. We also pre-paid a tip for the delivery driver, but we did not ask for that to be refunded, so I'm not sure why the delivery charge was such a big deal. After all, nothing was delivered! Had I known Altonio was going to have such an attitude, I wouldn't have given a 20% tip.

This was not a good experience at all. When my husband got home with the pizza, it wasn't even sliced! On top of that, it was very salty and didn't taste good. Lesson learned; will NEVER order from this...

Well we ordered a pick-up order online and was given an estimated time it would be ready which was 8:34-8:44pm. That give a 10 min possible wait time. We waited 20 mins before I went in to see if it was ready and was told 20 mins and I would have my order (2 pizzas). So we waited and when I went inside was told there was 7 orders in front of mine and that the longer she stood there talking to me the longer it would take to get my order. How did 7 orders jump in front of mine? I was just told 20 mins and now you saying hour(s) after I just gave you the 20 you said before. I was appalled by rude unprofessionalism shown by the shift leader running things, as I am a part time supervisor and food service worker myself and would not conduct myself in that manner. She then advised me that she would call me when the order was ready but she could give me an estimated time off the top of her head. About 45 mins later she called and when I went and and got the pizza she offered a 2 liter soda for the 2 1/2 hour run around. Do better Domino's, I prefer the other pizza place but they don't deliver to this area...

I placed an order here twice today, the first time was this evening and then the second time was like around 10 :30ish. They call me saying they can’t deliver to me cause I’m too far, and I ask ‘well are you guys not doing deliveries anymore?’ They say they are but not where I am. I’m six minutes away- Not sure how you can consider a six minute drive far. They then couldn’t get my address correct and called and asked for it this time it was a female. If y’all are lazy just say that and don’t waste people time and hard earned money. I did file a complaint and will hopefully hear back soon. Where I stay it’s not dangerous it’s very peaceful and it’s the fact the delivery driver didn’t even ring my doorbell or knock to let me know he dropped the order off he just ran away like he was being chased or did something wrong.
