Fruitealicious Boba Tea — Restaurant in Carrollton

I have been going to this location for years I noticed they replaced workers with a screen to order I was like ok that’s fine whatever , I order my drink there’s one girl working mind you , I’ve been ordering the same drink for years a Banana Yougurt smoothie which I did on the touchpad screen 20 minutes later after she’s finishing making other customers drink she proceeds to tell me she can’t make the drink , I then ask why she states that the owner himself said it’s not profitable so therefore we are not allowed to make it So I proceed to ask her so the owner would rather loose money by not selling me this drink which you guys can make she said yes and I was honestly baffled that I have been purchasing this drink for a very long time Shame on the owner for having 1 employee working by themselves , my purchase of the drink was $8.44 which is more than u pay these people to work Moral of the story , forced to use automated systems to be told that my order is not profitable there for can not be made and I have to wait 7-10 days...

Stopped in tonight and it was PACKED! There was a hiring sign in the window, so I assume they were a little understaffed. There were only two girls behind the counter tonight- but they were CRUSHING IT. It took a little bit of time to get through the line, but they were churning out 4 or 5 drinks out at a time, managing the straw and cup inventory, and checking people out at high efficiency! Fruitealicious bubble tea has always produced great drinks, but these two employees provided great customer service for being so understaffed.

I will be calling tomorrow morning to let their manager know they did a phenomenal job and deserve a raise.
