Parker, this review is in regards to the manager of this location. I was late with my payment for the month of December the day I was making my payment, Parkers called my phone with nothing but poor customer service. The conversation went so horribly wrong that I had to call my loved ones to report the encounter because I was genuinely afraid for my safety. He then proceeded to call my phone over five times back to back yelling obscenities. He was so rude and threatening, the worst part is that happened over a month ago and since the owner of the location has yet to reach out to me. Yet to offer a solution or apology in my discomfort. I refuse to go to that location and in return the manager Park has continued to harass me through text and has attempted to charge my card seven times a day since the incident. I was on a three month commitment but beware because the contract reads that you must continue two months after or pay a 99 early termination fee after your commitment timeframe (unheard of). They continue to mention they are a small business but the customer service is even smaller.
I have been a member if hotworx before and loved the experience so I will say it was particularly this location s manager. It does appear the corporation as a whole lack core values and standards as the different franchises seen to vary in service. The last location I was a member of changed management three times within a year and would say āit wasnāt worth the investmentā.
Lastly, I am more than disappointed in corporate as well. I have sent multiple messages about the incident and have heard nothing back.
And before Tresa, the owner replying to all the negative reviews come and reply here, I would like to say. Parker mentioned she listened to the phone call and since then I have heard nothing back from her. I even called and requested a call and nothing. Service rating is...

He responded that it was on the contract in multiple places. I told them I understood however I still thought the policy was horrible because it makes you pay a cancellation fee even though you have to be signed up for a minimum of 3 months. I told him I planned on writing a review to share my dislike for their policy. Parker then told me I was being a keyboard terrorist. All because I wanted to share my personal experience and dislike for a policy. He also said it's not his fault I did read the paperwork. For a GM/Owner Parker is very rude and disrespectful. I wasn't even planning on talking about the facility. No one goes over how to adjust/work the machines. It is unsanitary because people are in such a hurry they leave the rooms without wiping the machines down....
