Took my laptop to AG because the screen cover was broken and looked like it had been dropped, could not close it without the potential to break it even more. Also I could not get it to start. AG not only fixed in less than a day, but also cleaned it up and checked in my presense that it started correctly so I could verify that it was fixed.
