This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in less than 2 months. Pulled up to the drive thru (with 3 cars in front of me who I guess already placed their orders) and asked the woman to give me just a moment to order after she greeted me. She said to give my order when ready. In less than a minute, I gave my order with no response from her. Sat there for about 5 mins and watched the car in front of me back up and leave. Said really loud that I was ready to order and still no response. Car pulled up behind me. After about another 5 mins the car behind me backed up and left. Said really loud again that I was ready to order and still no response. Another car pulled up behind me. I yelled out again that I was ready to order and still no response. I pulled up to the window thinking the intercom system was down. I saw her standing close by and waved for her attention. Instead of acknowledging me, she walked over to the register and was obviously taking a person's order. She opened the window and I explained that I pulled up to the window because I sat there for about 15 mins yelling out to have my order taken and I thought maybe the intercom was down. She tells me, "No it's not down I just took the guy's order that just pulled up. So can you pull back around to the intercom." I just left. Was not going to wait in a line again to be ignored a third time. Should be no stars. Worst customer service that I have ever had. Read moreI was very very disappointed in the behavior of long John silver today Sunday July/10/2022 . I made it to the line approximately 8:57 pm at the drive thru. It was a truck there waiting almost 7 minutes before he pulled off. I'm unaware if the African American ladt served him are rather she was trying to clean up before 9!and hurry up in clock while leaving customers at the drive through. The employees are not supposed to leave a line when they where already in line before 9 pm. A lady name Courtney was behind me . Courtney also gone to file a complaint on this African American employee whom was so so rude. I left my car at the menu at the drive through walked up to the window banged on it she was cleaning shouting she's closed. The behavior was very unprofessional and not acceptable. The employee was in a hurry because she had someone waiting on her outside. We where denied service because obviously this employee doesn't want to work and treated us with disrespect. Long John silver owe me a meal for this misconduct. I would not refer this location to anyone if they hire employees who treat customers unfairly. Read moreDue to the customer service, I keep saying I’m never coming back here! But the fish is delicious and it’s the only location. Unfortunately though, this last time the service was lousy enough that I really don’t plan on coming back. I placed a pretty big order and checked it before I left. I was short 6 pieces of fish and I didn’t have any “crunchies” (I had specifically asked for some). The only 2 staff there were already walking out for a break—they had handed me my to-go bag and started walking off right after that. I caught them at the door and they did not hide their irritation at having to come back to complete my order. They gave me the missing 6 pieces of fish and said “there’s a shortage of crunchies” and walked off.
