Pelican's SnoBalls of Carrollton, Ga — Restaurant in Carrollton

I’ve been to Pelican’s many times and had great service and snow cones. But I went this week, yesterday to be exact, and I had TERRIBLE service!!! I got there at 11:55 (they open at 12 but I didn’t realize that) and I walked up to the window. I knocked on the window thinking they would serve me and a young lady came, flung the window open, and just stared at me. I asked can you please serve me. She never spoke to me just stared with a terrible look of madness on her face. I was so disappointed. I said okay so you aren’t going to talk or serve me and she replied by slamming the window back closed in my face. Personally, I don’t think I will ever be returning there to give them my business after the way I was treated! I hope y’all get treated better than I did! But in my opinion you treat customers how you want to be treated so therefore I won’t be giving my money to them anymore! Good while it lasted but definitely not worth...

Simple, fast, and great price, I absolutely can't get enough of this place. Their selection of flavors is out of this world, stuff you wouldn't even think could be a snowcone flavor. I'm working my way through the chart but I haven't even got half way through yet. My whole family loves this place as well, we all had to pile in the car and drive to Douglasville to get to pelicans, but now the one we have in Carrollton saves us that drive and we get to stay and enjoy our snowcones. If you have never been to one you'd be doing yourself a favor by stopping in, plus all pelican locations LOVE kids and pups. They have a small playground full of toys and games for the kiddos to enjoy while you order and eat and they also have water bowls for your pet to use and a special pup cup snowcone just for dogs. Best snow cone place I’ve been to in awhile. I’ve gone to other Pelican’s SnoBalls, but this is, without a doubt, the best one I’ve been to. The employees are so sweet and are very fast in getting your order done. In fact, my mom gets piña colada and she likes getting it with condensed milk layered throughout it. She usually has to argue with other places to layer it, but she didn’t even have to ask here! They just did it! My family and I loved a snow cone place in Louisiana whenever we visited family there, and the consistency of the snow cones at this particular Pelican’s SnoBalls is just like it.
