PJ's Hot Wings — Restaurant in Carrollton

I happened to find this when searching internet for wing to go. Yes it sits behind the Citgo very close to Nissan Dealership if it’s confusing. They do take credit cards and debit cards, and the few times I’ve been since finding PJ’s is there is always people ordering and picking up wings regardless the time. The wings are excellent, their as good if not better to any wings I’ve ever ate. I love the crispy/dry lemon pepper, although I’ve heard many of their other flavors are amazing. Each time I’ve ordered my order was ready when I arrived. The ladies always open your order to let you see and assure you of what you ordered is correct and what your expecting. I love they give you enough celery and Ranch/Blue Cheese with your order. It’s hard to find any complaints at all! The prices are excellent and I love that being on a budget, who don’t these days? The only two things I can think of that would make PJ’s perfect is if they carried and sold 2 liter drinks, had a drive through window OR it would be a dream if they had delivery! I wish they...

I had all good things to say until my husband goes to get a hamburger he told them no mayo we picked it up got all the way home and he realized it had mayo looked like they put it on and realized it wasn't supposed to have any so they tried to scrape it off but u could visibly see they missed some so we called and told them and they told my husband to bring it back so he did when he got there she tried to say there was no mayo then admitted they made a mistake but she said she switched the lettace and tomato so after my husband pointed out its the same meat and cheese and its on there she told him it would be a 35 minute wait for a new hamburger(our original order of 3 plates only took 25 minutes) so he opted to get wings instead she then throws the french fri and the drink away and told him wings dont come with fris and a drink well if you hadn't messed his original order up he wouldn't be eating wings in the first place and that was rude so for that reason alone we will not be back a little bit of customer service...

Today was my first time trying their wings based off a recommendation-review and let me say the wings were HORRIBLE. The lady asked me to check them & when I did I mentioned they weren’t what I was expecting or looking for and asked for a refund as being very unsatisfied with the order and she tells me she can’t . What kind of sh*T is that???! Are you kidding me ? So why even ask me to look at them if you’re not gonna replace them or offer a refund? No point at all. Very poor and unprofessional. I asked for a trash can to throw them away because their absolute trash and seemed small. This is horrible customer service at its best. I’m highly disappointed in the wing spots around here and this place . I will never be back. If they wanted a $15 donation that bad they should of just said that or offered good food and service! There’s a first and last time for everything and this was it ! Don’t waste your time or money here on their food. Trust me! I won’t eat at no other wing spot down here...
