WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Stopped by yesterday to get a couple of donuts before heading home, after walking in one of the workers an older Hispanic (Mx) female (the other girl was young) comes to the front with like an attitude like of I had interrupted her chatting or movie, anyway I told her which type of donuts I wanted and she walks over to the trays and right before she had a chance to put them into the box I told her excuse me I said the other type.

Well, she got mad because she threw three ones she picked up on the tray and then picked the ones that I wanted which for some reason they only always have like 2 in stock every time I go anyway picks them up and throws them into the box, at that point I walked over to her and looked at the box and ask her to be more careful and to make sure that their placed next to each other and not on top just thrown, she gave me a look like F.U. picked one of them up and threw it right back into the box right next to the other but this time knocking most of the toppings off and putting a dent on the other.

I that point I just told her, you know what never mind and walked out.

This place from the moment you walk in you can feel a tension in the air and especially if one of the younger Hispanic girls comes to help because now you have the guys in the back just staring at you and her like if they're keeping an eye on their girlfriend(s) so that they or you don't flirt, and they've got a look on their face like being scared, don't know what's going on there but keep it at home.

Also they could have a much better selection, we just moved here and in San Antonio they've got a much better selection...

Never liked leaving a bad reviews, I barely write one, unless it’s absolutely great service. Anyways, I’ve been here several times and the employee lady was very rude every time I’ve visited. I’m not taking it personally, but it’s really not welcoming that I don’t go there as much anymore.

This review is to truly help the owner understand, what’s happening when they’re not there. I’m sure they’re aware, that the great business is all about customer service. If it was something minor, I wouldn’t even bother writing this, as I’m very compassionate and patient person.

But it’s concerning for this business, as this has been consistent treatment from the lady that works there. So you can’t even say she’s had a “bad day”. There’s plenty of Donut Shops near by, so I won’t be surprised if they’re loosing business due to...

There's just something off about this location in the customer service department. What kind of place that you go to and you order something and then they come up and tell you they don't have part of the order and instead of asking you what you want to do or how to rectify it they just decide that they will add something else and replace it and that's going to work for you? So then you look at what they replaced it with and it's not even what they said. And they charge a premium. And they are just not that good. The drive thru allows me to Give It 2 Stars instead of one but even so you pull up and if you've never been there before you would have no idea what they have they don't offer you a menu up front or any deals. Guess I'm partial to the little old...
