I’m super glad there’s another Tea Top in Texas, and the first in Dallas. Drinks are amazing as usual in compared to locations in Houston and we didn’t have to drive to Houston location. Since the store is new, some minor mistakes which is understandable like the waiting time might be longer, however, that’s how you know if the drinks are good and the boba are fresh. My favorite drinks so far are their Alpine tea with milk foam, Earl grey milk tea, and of course their oolong tea with boba. Location: in a building close by many Korean restaurants so you can have food before grabbing a drink. Plenty of parking available. We went during their opening promotions with 20% off. So hopefully they have some promotions similarly in the future. I understand that private events are part of running a business, but I would have appreciated more advanced notice so I could have made alternative plans. I lost all interest in trying Teatop and will be looking for other boba milk tea options. I hope that in the future, the store will make a better effort to communicate with their customers and show that they value...
Read moreTHE WORST BOBA SHOP EVER!!!!!
I ordered 4 drinks, including taro boba milk tea and black tea. They gave me normal milk tea. They told me that taro looks like normal milk tea. Can you believe that? Also, I wanted the less ice, but I got the drink with no ice. They told me that the ice already melted. I just got the drink about 30 seconds, and the ice MELTED?? So ridiculous! Are you trying to lie to me and still think nobody would know?
Then the lady in the shop took my drink very rude and gave me the old one with ice with a very bad attitude. She did not even look at me and say something.
PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP. It’s totally different from the one in HOUSTON. This is the worst boba shop in Texas! I won’t visit...
