My husband and I came in Saturday February 3 around 10pm. 1. We get to the register to order and the employees were eating at the register. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. To assist us they had to move the food they were eating to the table behind them. The gentleman that took our order was pleasant. 2. After we received our food I asked if we could have a refill on our lemonade that we ordered, the employee stated he needed to check with his manager for approval. The manager was sitting at a table behind us talking with another gentleman. The employee approached her she looked over at us and shook her head “no”. Mind you we had just got off of an international flight stop in for a quick bite to eat. - totally felt judge by the way we looked, I guess that’s the reason why the manager said no after we spent dam near $50 on food! And I have gotten a refill on the lemonade there before!! 3. I asked one of the employees if I could get regular ranch instead of the jalapeño ranch as I did not like it. The gentleman looked at me as if I asked him something in a foreign language before he hesitated to walk off and whisper something to another employee. I saw the whole thing and felt disrespected. Finally bought the ranch over and just sat on the table and walked away. I saw the interactions with other patrons in the restaurant and the way were treated was totally different than others. It is as if they did not want us there. I am writing this review to let you what we experienced and I would hope you don’t treat your customers like this! I will NEVER come back to this place! Read more100% will be coming back! Service, food, and drinks were great. Used the pickup service but loved the vibes so much we decided to dine in. Didn’t get the worker’s name but she was super accommodating and inviting.
We tried the Ban/Ban Chicken (half/half) with soy garlic (pictured on right) and yangnyeom mild (pictured on left). Chicken was fresh and crispy - perfectly sized so you don’t feel like you’re gonna get sauce all over your face while still getting puhlentyy of chicken. In each, there were also pieces of tteok which were a cool addition. Yangnyeom was 9/10. Texture and flavor were on point. Will definitely try the spicy version next time - for someone who can’t handle spice but loves a garlic-ky, gochujang flavor… mild is where it’s at! Soy garlic was 7/10. Less flavor than expected but still great texture. Radishes 8.5/10. Good bite of crunch and acidity.
Also got a matcha cooler with passion fruit and pineapple… 9/10! Loved it - refeshing, fruity, and smooth. Perfect to drink with the chicken. Even my boyfriend who’s not the biggest fan of matcha loved it.
See you next...
Read moreI had a fantastic first experience here! I always knew bone in Korean wings were delicious but toridori showed me that boneless wings can be scrumptious too! The best part of the experience were the awesome staff- the girl who took our order and the gentleman who helped with my drink choice and adjustment as well. It just shows that with excellent service, you just want to come back again and again and share with others how good it is! So yes 10/10 recommend!
Amount of food is so nice- a lot even for the medium wings. Our favorite flavor was the “Yangnyeom”- which has gochujang and other ingredients like peanuts- perfect balance of crunch, sweetness and spice. We also got a bowl with soy garlic sauce and wings with bbq but we didn’t like those as much.
Their boba is super tasty especially the tiger boba - their hibiscus lemonade is more tart but with enough sugar I enjoyed it- for those who don’t like overly sweet drinks I recommend their drinks!
Anyway thanks to the amazing staff for making our day! Makes the world...
