I ordered some food, got to the window, and was told to pull around to the front while one of three sandwiches was re-made. An employee comes out, gives us the sandwich, and we then tell him that the rest of the bag we have is incorrect. He cuts us off, saying "ok, ok" and takes the bag. He never brings out the right food. We went to the locked door and they yell from behind the counter to come back around. We went back through the drive through, we say we want the food we ordered, never asked what the food was, and at the window they have is breakfast sandwiches. We explained what we were actually missing. The manager comes to explain that there are only 3 people on shift, and that she is the only cook for the night. My friend says she does not care why it happened, that we just want the food we ordered. The manager said she was finished with us, refused service, refunded the transaction made with a credit card in cash, and shorted us a few bucks. Then, the same employee that left us hanging outside the first time wants us to pull forward to the front when we all for a receipt of the transaction. Read moreI am a delivery driver for a local company. I just went to pick up a customer's order, I was in the Drive-Thru for probably close to about 15 minutes. I was the only car in the Drive-Thru when I pulled in. I was at the window for at least 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. A few more minutes past and a manager came to the window and tried to give me another person's food.
I then told them that wasn't my customers and tried to ask her a question at which point she shut the window in my face while I was speaking.
When I tried to mention my experience to both the employee and the manager they were continuously cutting me off and not giving me an opportunity to speak they were telling me that they were short staffed. I know a large majority of the world is short staffed and I understand. However disrespect is not excused because a company is short staffed.
I have used this location myself as a customer before as well and still I've never had this type of experience. If you are planning to use this restaurant anytime soon expect to get stuck waiting forever. With really no...

So he asked if they had a mop or something to clean it up with and they said ok, about 10 minutes go by and nothing so I went to the counter and reminded them and the guy just shrugged is shoulders like it wasn't a big deal (The dining room was full of families with children and trying to avoid the spill wasn't easy) So I mentioned to him that it was a lawsuit waiting to happen as I walked away.
