KFC — Restaurant in Carson

Went to buy a pot pie at about 11:00am. I opened the box and noticed the pot pie was already sunken in 🤔 I peeled back the crust soft crust not even crispy like it’s been a thousand times before I love the pot pies get them all the time so I’m extremely experienced with this and food as well. So on my break 12:00 I take it back and ask for a fresh one. Not my money back , not to argue about a old pot pie just a fresh one. The manger (is what the young man said) came over and immediately began to argue with me about what time I came, that the food is not old and told ME I can have my money back. All I wanted was a fresh pot pie not the old one from yesterday that you put back in the warmer this morning. If you are the manager you should go back to training and learn how to address conflict with a customer. Which it didn’t even have to be. Yes I got a new one but to go through so much after you already got MY MONEY! Terrible...

There’s no customer service in this place!!! It’s my first time use the KFC app taken an order. When I got there I saw there’s no one at the drive through window and there is no parking spot near by the store. So I went to the drive through window and the lady told me mobile order pick up inside. I politely asked her again. For mobile order HAVE TO pick up inside? Because I already at the window. She said YES ! YOU HAVE TO CAME INSIDE. Okay, it’s so uncomfortable to me. First there’s no customer at drive through or inside your store. 2ND I just want you guys pass me my food. Is it break your store policy? If I did, ok that’s your problem. I been thought all fast food stores, I never been treat like this except your store. By the way. There’s no napkins come with my food. Hi so the reasoni gave 2 stars, is bc the manager gave us 3 choc chip cookies. We ordered our food 2 chicken littles combo med pepsi. And a 2 piece combo, breast and thigh ( paid extra for thigh instead of wing) The girl who took our order told us they didnt have breast in original recipe. Is extra crispy ok on the breast. Yes we said. After waiting for a long time it felt like i asked my friend for the receipt to see what time we ordered. The time was 7:30 and we ordered at 7:02 So half hour waiting for our food. When i enquired i was told that they had no Breast of any kind left. Orig or crispy. They offered an extra piece of chicken. We ended up with 5 chicken tenders. The food was decent once we got it.
