You would think that a place like Wendy's would be able to deliver quality customer service to drive their customers back... spoiler alert: Wendy's DOES NOT! After experiencing an issue in store (I had made a mobile order and came in to pick it up only to be cursed at by the manager and told I had to pay for it again to receive my food) I reached out to their guest services and was told I would recieve a call from the district manager. After receiving zero messages from their DM I called their guest services again. This time they said the manager above the district manager would reach out to me. Soon after, I did recieve a message from them saying that they would refund me for the order I never recieved and give me free food for my time wasted but when I went into the store today the manager on duty was completely unaware of the incident and I was told to come back when the general manager was there. How many times do I have to take time out of my day to try and get this resolved? At this point I should recieve a gift card for at least 50 dollars for the amount of time Wendy's has wasted me. Read moreIt was dirty, the floor was soaked all over and not mopped. They just left a cone near the soda machine with a very wet floor. Nothing was stocked. Food was a combo of burnt and cold. And they don't accept EBT like it says they do. They also have menu items advertised that they don't offer and is crossed out once you get inside. Like the build-a-meals. Idk if this is just a different owner or something, but I won't be back. It's the second time I've been disappointed because they forgot two menu items in the drive thru last time, and when I came they gave me a hard time. Read moreUpdate: July 2021. I would like to report that Wendy's fixed the issue because I did call corporate but they did not. However this Wendy's has really turned over a new leaf very clean inside, super fast, and yummy. (i'm here like three times a week). The Dining room is now open - Super Cool. So I'm changing my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars. If someone had at least returned my call like Corporate promised I could change it to five stars.
