This Burger King has very poor service. I asked for an order, and two items were not given. When I arrived home, I realized. I come to the drive through as it was closed inside, and told them my concern. He asked me to drive around, I did, and parked at the front to wait for the items to be brought to my car. I waited 5 minutes parked at the front, and nobody came. Then, I decided to drive back again to the drive thru. I was asked to wait at the speaker, and waited for 3 minutes. I decided to talk, and explained myself again, and they said we asked you to drive up, I said I was not told to drive up, I was told to drive around, which I did, and parked at the front expecting to get my order at the front. I am a person that always eat dinner with the family, and this time I wasted 20 minutes while my kids ate dinner by themselves. While I was waiting at the drive up, I was able to experience, a guy going between the food window, and my car, he went seems like he dropped something close to the entrances by the tree bushes, and came back the same exact way. While I was waiting at the drive up my stomach was very upset of the bad smell of marihuana around the drive up before the food window. Read moreNormally I wouldn’t bother to rate a corporate fast food chain but today I had placed a mobile order on 4/26/22 and I placed it to be picked up in the drive through. So when I went in the drive through I waited a good five minutes before saying hello and I didn’t hear a response back. I have a hearing issue. According to the workers they responded but that’s aside the point. When I drove up the drive through person asked if I ordered a whopper with fries I said no I placed a mobile order. She said “okay your order will be up soon” didn’t ask my number or name and then after a while gave me the order I told her I didn’t place. I had to come inside just for them to take the food i touched and hand it to the person in the drive through, while proceeding to drag me how their mistake was my fault. Because they didn’t confirm what order my number was. I can get over the attitudes that were thrown at me even though it was their fault they didn’t do their job. What I can’t get over was they have food that they handed to someone and was in their vehicle and they just handed it off to the other person despite that I may have tampered with the food. Absolutely disgusting.

Read more1st experience was a mess so i fault myself for going back. The first time I went I couldn’t even order. The woman kept coming through the speaker saying she couldn’t hear me. She said it so many times that my mobile coupon expired. I instantly pulled off. The 2nd time I went back and this time I ordered through the app. It seemed we had to “give them one minute” no matter how long or short the line was both times. One woman came to the window n said “hold on” after we just held on from the speaker. Another woman comes to the window with the wrong order AND GETS AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE SHE HAS THE WRONG OR AND I CORRECTED HER. I mean I could’ve taken a $19 order and let the next pay for the $55….
