Customer service is terribleeee as of late!! I bought a large pie that was EXTREMELY rushed that the cheese and pepperoni all slid off of each slice from the pie. I called to let them know about my experience and Vinny promised another pie to make up for the bad experience to pick up that night but it was already really late and my son needed to get ready for bed so he said I could come back another day and it’ll be fine. Fast forward to 8/21/23 I go in to order my as promised complimentary pie. I explain the situation to Brian (man behind the counter) he goes to the back to confirm the situation with another employee and comes back out says VERBATIM “ ok it’ll be 25-30 min”. I waited inside for 5 min and then waited the remainder of the time in my car. I waited in my car for 40 min as I didn’t want them to rush the pizza again when they seen me walk in and they were busy so I waited a few extra minutes then what he told me. 40 min in the car with my 2 year old, both anticipating pizza that was confirmed when I went inside to place the order. So I don’t understand why 40 min later when I go inside Brian says they didn’t make it cause Vinny is not here. Like what??? Why was that not said when I first placed the order? You went to the back and confirmed with someone else then to my face said “ it’ll be 25-30 min” are you not able to call Vinny to confirm?? Is there not a record book of this kind of situation so everyone is on the same page? This was an extremely frustrating and embarrassing situation as there were many people inside and it made me look like I was just trying to finesse free pizza. Really disappointed in this establishment and the customer service I’ve been experiencing lately. I have eaten here many times and never had a problem until now. This is 2 problems back to back within my last 2 visits. Is third time a charm or will I need to find...

WHO IS LEAVING THESE REVIEWS!?????!!!!!!! Yet again, I JUST ordered a Sicilian pie and asked for it to be VERY WELL DONE. I repeated it four times. Every time I order the dough it not cooked!!! You can’t even ask for custom orders. These people make no accommodation, example: if I ask for a chicken parm on garlic bread they throw a fit. Saying that’s not how they make it or they can’t do that. AS IF THEY DON’T SELL GARLIC BREAD!!! Any requests to remove or add items to any order turns into a a whole debacle. It’s disgusting!!! How are they still open!!!???? There’s only two things I’ve ordered that are good from this place. The bruschetta and an eggplant w roasted peppers on a roll, which AGAIN THEY WONT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO. So if it’s been sitting there for 8 hours that’s the one they’re serving you. The staff blame the owner, and if it is him then he needs to get off his high horse. Charge an extra dollar for garlic bread like other places. Give the customers what they want!!! I refuse to even try anything on the menu bc of the lack of service. God forbid I ask for extra garlic in my spinach order or something. Sad. We only grab on the go for emergency purposes and it still sucks!!!!! Not to mention the charge to use your card, charge for delivery. Everything is fight w this place. SHUT THEM DOWN ALREADY!!! I don't want to be mean, but I just want to be honest. I took one bite of a barely warm, slice of buffalo chicken pizza. It had no taste of buffalo sauce, and the chicken was what one could describe as disgusting. Chicken had the texture of rubber bands. The only flavor from the pizza was some sort of grease. I was just disgusted and upset. I'm glad they messed up my order. Because originally I was supposed to have a personal sized buffalo chicken pizza. I thank the lords in the heavens!!! That they made a wonderful mistake and just brought me a slice. I took barely a bite from my slice. They still charged me for the slice and the bruschetta. Which wasn't bruschetta, it was some sort of Sicilian slice made to look like bruschetta. Which was also equally disgusting. I did not even bother trying the calamari that I ordered. In fear of becoming I'll from the food. Going back to the bill of $15. I still tipped the gentleman that served us.
