Food and service are pretty good. I’ve tried fries, mozzarella sticks, fried chicken, chicken sandwich, chicken over rice, lamb over rice, and their pizza. I like all of it, though they could probably use a little less salt in their fried chicken. The price is mostly fair, thought they do take advantage of their location to charge $6 for their meat over rice dishes as opposed to the $5 you could typically get in NYC. They are pretty friendly and willing to talk when business is slower (of course during rush hour they just want to get customers out with their food). Ordered a Gyro Platter with half chicken and half lamb. The food was prepped quickly. I went to the bathroom as I was waiting and it stunk like urinal and the urinal was not working just the toilet. I received the platter and went to sit down. I tried to move the table closer to the bench I sat on and my finger felt something sticky...gum! After cleaning up I started eating the plater. These guys outdo themselves each and every time...in the worst way possible! Time after time we have problems with this place, it could be me, my wife, my parents or my friends!! The name of the game is food and customer service—and these guys are a miss on the food sometimes and miss on the customer service every single time! Every one of them gives us an attitude each time, without any explanation! It makes no sense. We are completely fed up with this place.
