The employee got annoyed that I wasn't ready to order, I wasn't even by the counter, it was my first time here and I needed more time to look at the menu. Then when I ordered he was rushing me through my order and seemed to have attitude. I asked for a coffee with butter pecan syrup and Oatmilk because I'm allergic to dairy. This should have been a clue that they should mention the flavor is a cream not a syrup and has dairy. I didnt know this until I got my coffee and it looked too light and sweet so I asked him to pour some out and just put black coffee in it. If he was not so rushed and annoyed, I would have been able to put two and two together that this probably has dairy even though it's not listed as a dairy item. When he gave my coffee back he slid it accross the counter and got coffee on his hand, all over my cup and all over the counter. He just huffed and didn't apologize as I cleaned up the coffee off the cup and lid. I can't believe I paid for this service and item. I called the manager because that's dangerous for allergies that it's not listed and also he didn't care enough to think it should be mentioned when someone is ordering non dairy items that it should be mentioned, also if he wasn't having such a rush and a terrible attitude I could have asked ahead of time but every time I tried to ask he walked away or even had my drink ready before i could even ask. I called the manager, it sounded like i was talking to a 14 year old. She clearly did not value customer service and she clearly has no idea how allergies affect people's lives or she would have been more considerate on the phone. I am not asking for any one to bow down and kiss my feet, just if the staff were curteous from the start or actually cared about the product they are selling and their reputation, the experience would have been totally different. I placed an order for an iced coffee and a banana nut muffin.
When I went to make my purchase, Apparently, I was only charged for the iced coffee.
The window of the drive-through closed and they told me to have a nice day.
Iâve then waited patiently When the window open back up and they asked me what else am I waiting for.
I told them I was waiting for my muffin- Which then they told me I never paid for it.
I gave them my card and they handed me a piece of banana poundcake and said we donât have muffins.
I told them This is not what I ordered- And frankly, they were only concerned with me giving an extra dollar Donation.
An extremely rude girl with hair coloring told me it doesnât even matter because I didnât give the donation.
I will never go to this place ever again.
Location should clean house and hire some kind and considerate people.
Not to mention when I told the girl I was going to give them a bad review, She said thatâs fine. You didnât even give us a donation.
Thatâs literally all they care about it must be some form of metrics or something.

   Read moreI wanted to surprise a company with lunch for great customer service so I stopped at Dunkinâs Donuts to pick up some donuts and other items my total was $59 (in that order was one latte for me as they where preparing the order I ask if I could get that latte now I was so thirsty my GPS brought me to this location 4 miles out of the way ..Letâs continue so a young girl came with the drink as I was talking to another employee so I extended my arm to get my drink ( she drew it back and it shock me) so I begin to ask the employee can I get that latte please she ignore me even tho sheâs standing directly in front of me ..
