Where do I start? We arrived a little over an hour before they closed. As soon as we parked, all the workers stopped cleaning and seemed annoyed that we were there even though they weren’t closing yet. We walked in and there was trash on the floor, a mound of bacon that’s been sitting there, and nobody ready to take our order. We were handed our sandwiches half opened with parts of the sandwich exposed and an annoyed look. Both sandwiches were missing parts and one had chicken instead of beef. They were both dry and the bread was definitely old. When handling the food, they did not change gloves and touched the register with the same gloves. They were surprised we were eating the food there and seemed to want us out. We finally left and as we sit in the car, they’re vacuuming, picking up the carpet, closing the register, and getting ready to close with 48 minutes left until then. Read moreI used to really enjoy coming to this Jersey Mike’s location, but unfortunately, the experience has declined significantly. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted, and it quickly became clear that the employees were more focused on fulfilling online orders rather than assisting the in-store customers who were waiting.
After waiting about 10 minutes, my order was finally taken. During this time, the customer in front of me made a comment to the employee, saying, “Let me put all of his juices on my sub.” The employees laughed, and that customer was then given a free drink, which felt unprofessional and unfair to other paying customers.
Even the checkout process was frustrating. The employee at the register appeared completely untrained and unsure of what he was doing. Overall, this visit was disappointing. Read moreI miss the guys that used to work at this location. Super efficient, friendly and quick. Last night there were no quick efficient employees in the store. I placed an online order and paid in advance. I go when the app says its ready and it’s not ready. Those 3 girls should Not be in charge of this store. They clearly do not know what they’re doing. One employee was looking in bags to be filled and realized there were more sandwiches in them that was on the order slip and she was standing there with the subs in her hands looking and sounding very confused. The other employee making the subs came over and unwrapped a few of them to see what they were I guess? Idk. I will Never go back to this location. Btw.
