This Starbucks made me feel like I was in high school again - in the worst way possible. I mobile ordered my drink and waited 10 minutes just for them to start it, even though no one else was in line. Then, about a minute, maybe, after it was ready, the lady behind the counter has the AUDACITY to act like it had been sitting there the entire time. They never once announced my order and I didn’t receive a notification it was ready until after I left the store. She acted like I was stupid for not seeing it and laughed at me with her friends as I left the store. It felt awful. I understand retail is hard but there’s absolutely no reason to behave this way towards a stranger who did nothing to you.
