They use to be great!... Literally, THE BEST pizza around bar-none, however they have severely gone down hill! I am not sure if they have a new crew in there or changed managers, but their most recent excuse was that they were busy. How is this a proper excuse? The first time they messed up, we had a carry out order and our pizza got sent out to someone else on delivery... I hope they enjoyed our pizza, because the one that they remade was not good AT ALL! They placed a free pizza on our account.... All I can say is "Horrible Service, Wrong Pizza.... Papa Johns @ Cary Harrison Pointe Shopping Center"
The saga continues... ordered again to use our free pizza, they charged my account wrong, pizza was not cooked all the way, and it was cold. Had to call and talk to whatever teenager was there to get our money back AND get our free pizza credited. On top of that, my girlfriend had to rebuke our pizza. What a mess... Third time is a charm? Nope... pizza again is not cooked and we got charged for things that we did not get. I called the store and talked to whatever manager was on call, Aaron was quite rude and did not know how to handle to situation. Got our money back again... do not really care about the free pizza... going to go to the other Papa John's down the street.
UPDATE Just received a call from the general manager, Steve. He was extremely apologetic and credited my account for our pizza tonight. If I do go back to this Papa Johns, it will be due to the fact that he took time out to give me a call and said that he would personally make out orders to ensure everything...
Read moreThis is my 2nd bad experience here as a Door Dash driver. The first time, Allie, who I believe may even be a manager, was openly complaining about her job and customers. She complained that the people who own the place make all of the money, cursing and saying crazy stuff. I mean she ran her mouth the WHOLE time I sat there. If she would commit to her job like she commits to running that mouth, she’d be a franchise owner. When I had been waiting more than 10 minutes, I asked when it would be ready because was told 5 minutes and it had been 10, she started to go off on me, completely unprovoked. Today, when I was waiting for my order (way too long I may add), I was standing there with another DoorDash driver. Lo and behold Allie was there doing what? Running that mouth. She was manning the register as orders came in and said loudly “Please be a bad tipper so I can send it to door dash.” She kept saying it over and over, seemingly unhinged. I don’t know why she felt the need to advertise that y’all send your low tippers to Door Dashers. Thanks for the heads up Allie.

Read moreI’ve frequented this location a lot. It’s very close to home and I only return for convenience but honestly this location is the worst Papa John’s I have ever been to. The night crew is incredibly disrespectful, inattentive, and constantly uses foul language. I’ve had to actually return to the store in the same night to receive quality items that I’ve already paid for, with little compensation in return. I’ve recieved burnt items, extremely long wait times, cold food, and attitude from the night staff at this location. Apparently, they would rather toss around pizza dough to each other like a game and mess around, than help the 5 people standing in line. We spoke to the general manager, Andrew, and he was very helpful. He handled the situation very well and he’s the only reason we would ever come back.
UPDATE: I called in again today to place an order. During the first call, I was promptly hung up on. When I called a second time, I was told the offer that I was given from Andrew was not valid, and when I spoke to Andrew, he spoke in a condescending and rude demeanor, refusing to acknowledge his employees’ behavior.
