First review did not go through- ignore any reviews talking about a not so great woman bc I don't believe that person even works here- I asked. This establishment has a VERY DEDICATED HARD WORKING dude who provides excellent customer service (managing multiple customers at the same time/builds report with customers/efficient/knowledgeable/patient/calm temperament/kind/knows the products sold) and he works weekdays MOSTLY I believe. The owner is super kind and knowledgeable as well and obviously knows how to manage a store and his staff. Items are priced well here and are high quality. There usually are not smoke shops that have deals on CAKE BRAND CBD VAPES. They have everything whether you smoke tobacco or CBD. And you can find any pipe here too (like I found a sphere hash pipe) but BE WARNED quality customer service does not mean "supports illegal stuff" so if you get a pipe like that it better not be for illegal smoking bc your ID info is given to police bc smoking m*th or other (idk the weird stuff?) Isn't associated w anything cool so don't mess up their business ok? it's following the law AND supporting counter culture at the same time that makes Cloud Heaven especially professional. The people here, owner Gabe, Manager Rooster, Tyler (new), and the Lindy, and other gents I've met who work here are awesome. This place is awesome. I seriously cant believe anyone would have a problem at this head shop. Its beautiful inside and out; huge selection, top of the class. Has everything you'd expect and more. Seriously from what I've seen, if you had a bad experience it must be few and very far between because I come here all the time and it's absolutely the best shop I've ever been to. If you do have a bad experience, let Gabe know. Dont blow the store up with a bad review because you're misleading people with a completely wrong prospective. #1 Important Fact: This place is open until 11PM on Sunday nights. And you won't have any trouble finding it. The wattage of the storefront lighting would be more appropriate for Times Square. (I posted a pretty decent wide angle shot of the blazing storefront in the reviewer photos section). I've only been here once, seeking ejuice.. They have a few shelves of it, mostly mid to mid-upper quality stuff at decent prices. They also appear to have a pretty big selection of wicks, other I didn't have time to peruse them for specifics. The other 80% of the store is, shall we say, packed with shiny glass tubes and other devices and 10,000 kinds of CBD. The clerk on duty was very chill and friendly and helpful, despite the fact that I showed up five minutes before closing. I'm giving them a provisional 5 star rating because they really were there for me when the E juice stock was down to a few drips.
