Extremely disappointment with the experience my friend and I had during our visit to this Cold Stone Creamery location last night. Unfortunately, the service we received from one of your employees, Tristian, was far below the standard we have come to expect from your establishment.
Upon entering the store, we were met with complete disregard from Tristian, who failed to acknowledge us and appeared visibly irritated throughout our interaction. His rushed demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It seemed as though he was in a hurry to expedite our transaction without any regard for customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, after completing our purchase and moving to the breezeway area, we observed Tristian throwing chairs around in the lobby, which was both concerning and unprofessional. While I understand that everyone has their off days, such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.
Not only was the quality of our purchase subpar, but the disrespectful attitude displayed by Tristian tainted our overall perception of Cold Stone Creamery. As loyal customers, we expect better treatment and service.
I urge you to address this issue promptly, whether it involves providing additional training or checking on Tristian's well-being. It is imperative that all employees uphold the values of professionalism and hospitality that your brand represents.

He said the stores are separate. He wanted me to cancel the other order and reorder. When I couldn’t cancel the order, he said I’d have to pay. So his first recommendation was to cancel an order the other store already made and shaft a fellow franchisee for the sale. No surprise he wouldn’t be gracious and lose $3 dollars worth of (overpriced) product to keep a customer from losing $22. To top it off, He didn’t even have the decency to tell me himself by phone and made the teenager behind the counter tell me. Read moreI was excited when I realized that there was location so close to home. Came in this afternoon and it was not busy at all. When I received my order I asked for a lid for my ice cream because I was taking it to go. I also had food in my hand so I wanted to put it all in one bag. The guy said “sure” and proceeded to throw the lid across the counter for me to put on myself! He didn’t even offer me a spoon. He then rung me up and had the nerve to ask for a tip!
