Starbucks — Restaurant in Cary

I really like the Starbucks in Harris Teeter! They are friendly and great staff. They are technically Harris Teeter employees, but they do the Starbucks stuff really well. I spilled my drink once and came back in to order a replacement and they remembered me, what I ordered, and replaced my drink for free even though it wasn't at all their fault. I really like not having to make multiple stops. Oh, also, if you're just ordering Starbucks goods, you can even pay with your Starbucks card to earn...

So we came in to order and it was nobody there so we to wait for a few mins, and there the lady showed up, and my husband and I ordered 2 cappuccinos and 2 cake pops and a caramel Frappuccino for my son, and the lady forgot the Frappuccino, so I asked her and she said she didn’t hear me so she will make it, and we had to wait and took orders from another two customers that came after us. So we just left terrible customer service I will never come to this...

This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.

Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. Excellent customer service and amazing dedication...
